I didn't see his hitting scene but his death scene was way too melodramatic. Dury Shakuni and all the Pandavas+Krishna Kunti and Draupadi crying for him.

Arjun repenting the great sin he did.

Bheem apologizing for all the insults

Kunti begging for forgiveness

Karna says that he always felt that Dury was better for the throne and in every next life he would support Dury

Dury rant was completely OTT. He literally begged everyone from Krishna to Draupadi and each of the Pandavas to get Karna back. Best was he asked Draupadi if her hair was still unclean? If she needed more blood to clean then she might ask Bheem to kill him and get the blood from his body for the purpose in lieu of Karna's life

And obviously Parashuram ji's guest appearance right in the middle of Kurukshetra to declare Karna as Mrityunjay, and to declare that his duty on earth was over after having taught Karna.

I don't know if it was meant to be emotional but I was laughing non stop at it

Regardless, I think it was steel. Would've made a HUGE diff.

Anga is in modern day Bihar, Jharkhand (neighbor state) has the best iron reserves in India today along with best quality coal reserves as well. Ancient Jharkhand folklores have mentions that smelting was done there.

Anga could have had relations with the tribals of Chotanagpur (Jharkhand) who despite not very technologically sound could make the best quality stuff owing to the best quality raw materials

Considering the manipulator Karna was he might have made an exclusive contract with the innocent tribals

Remember Sonpur is in Anga area. That has been the biggest trade fair in India for time immemorial. Chhotnagpur people wouldn't have had much external exposure anyway they would have wanted to be in Anga's good books

I find Karna's armor fascinating because of one more thing.

Agni.

Mining, metalworks, etc. needed fire.

Here is where Panchali's Agni origin comes into play. If her and Dhrishtadyumna were part of a mining community and/or Angirasa brahmins, Drupada's adoption of them might have been a power move itself. Access to the latest technology. Only, armor making wasn't as easy as weapon making, since it had to fit body contours.

Perhaps, the duo was part of a mining community. Or owned mines.

I stay in Lucknow & barabanki is close 2 lucknow. In barabanki there is huge tree & people say it same parijat tree which was brought by lord krishna for satyabhama from swarg , other theory is it was brought by arjun for Kunti as there kunteshwar mahadev where Kunti used to worship , this shivling is also brought by arjun , it don't have it normal cylindrical shape but it in rectangular shape , it changes it color also .

There is myth of Kunti still coming & worshipping d shivling.

Now this parijat tree is started getting damaged

The Mayan calendar was supposed to end in 2012, but now they came up with a new date stating that the last one was wrong

The Muslims come up with one date for Kayamath every century

Nothing of these is true

Whoever visit mathura Vrindavan , it's my personal suggestion , do visit krishna janambhoomi temple , u will feel divine from inside. Mandir is beautiful whole lifestory lord krishna from vasudev taking him to gokul till killing of kans , had been painted on ceilings of d temple , radhakrishan idols so memarizing.

Actually there is cell also present where lord krishna took birth .

Actually there were eight but mughal emperor Aurangzeb captured those 7 cell & transform it into mosque, it is believed in 8 cell lord krishna was born.

Vrindavan is whole divine.
