Around 3000 BC or 4000 BC [i don't remember the exact time] Aryans invaded India. Historians say they came from the boundary between Asia and Europe. [ Ural Mountains ]

Aryans were not a civilized tribe. Some experts say they did not even know farming . Their chief god of them was Indra who was also known as "PURANDAR".

They attacked and destroyed The Indus Valley Civilization [3300-1300 BCE; mature period 2600-1900 BCE], which was a city based civilization of Bronze Age. This is one of the reasons which caused destruction of Indus valley civilization.

Aryans destroyed Mohenjo-daro, Harappa, Lothal and all the other Non Aryans cities and gave birth of "Aryan Civilization.

*A few Historians say Rigveda was written before they came to India. But many experts say RIGVEDA was written in Early Iron Age
