After Drona, Karna is appointed senapati proving a threat to Pandav army. But Bhima wants to kill Dushy by any means. Bhima will drag Dushy by his hair (just the way Drau was dragged) and kill him with a blow to the chest. And then he will take Dushy's blood to Drau and wash her hair with it.
