A kunti-Draupadi-Arjun-Krishna scene:

I was seated near Phalguni's feet. Mother was seated by his head. Phalguni was regaining consciousness. The moment he opened his eyes, they fell on me. My eyes filled with tears. Mother was present, so I controlled myself . After opening his eyes once, Phalguni closed them again. The next moment, looking up at Mother he smiled and said, "Over such a slight matter you get so worried! The loss of blood is nothing new for me." Kunti did not reply. She only kept running her fingers through his hair. Her eyes were tearful. Mother left to prepare food for Phalguni telling me, "Keep rubbing the soles of his feet gently." I, too, wanted precisely this. Gently, with all the tenderness of my heart, I began rubbing those blue-lotus like feet. That is when sakha Krishna mockingly said, "Sakha, I hope my presence is not creating any hindrance to your rest?" Phalguni opened his eyes, "Sakha, where you are absent there is no rest. Therefore, without you, is there any joy in relaxing?" Laughing, sakha said, "Even if I am not present, Krishnaa is there after all. For getting Krishnaa's nursing and company the most worldly-wise of men will not think twice before falling ill. Are you sure that you have not fallen off the horse to achieve this state out of that greed?"

That's why SP had to give out that 'nayi soch' award for some kaliyugis to appreciate the fact that a man and woman could also be just friends: sakha and sakhi-- something the dwapar yog janta had no problems in accepting😊

SPA is a stupid award function. I mean literally people they were showing something like MUH DIKHAYE on last Sunday. I mean what is MUH DIKHAYE first of all and then which award function has a MUH DIKHAYE episode separately.

But, only think, lakhs of men and women, birds and animals, insects and worms are born and die every moment. The aim of everyone's death is one, but the goal of everyone's birth is not the same. Some are born to live for themselves, some are born for the sake of the oppressed, the poor, the fallen. He who lives for himself invites death. He who lives for the world, despite dying does not fall into the clutches of death. These are the two types of lives in the world. Just understand that the Kauravs and the Pandavs have come into the world with two types of lives. You are the inspiration of the Pandavs. You are Yajnaseni. Why is there any hesitation within you regarding revolution, conflict and sacrifice?"

Kunti and Draupadi both had a lot of struggles in their lives...here is another common theme: Exile with patis

The hour of departure came. Ma Kunti broke down in grief. For the fatherless innocent children, what untold suffering had princess Kunti, wife of Pandu, not undergone! When her husband was king, even then, because of the jealousy and envy of Dhritarashtra, Kunti was deprived of royal comfort and had to bear the difficulties of forest-life. It was during that stay in the forest that her husband died . After the education of her sons, she had to take to the forest once again to save their lives. After the arrival of Yajnaseni as daughter-in-law , fate seemed to smile. Ma Kunti thought that now she would be able to pass the remaining days in peace watching over the prosperity of her sons. But sorrow was, as though, her shadow. Now the sons and daughter-in-law would suffer thirteen years of exile in the forest. If they were recognised in the year of their disguise then a second forest exile for another twelve years. Who knew whether , like king Dasharath, she might also have to give up her life without seeing her sons' faces! Ma Kunti was anguished over her sons and I was worried about my five sons.

@anu - Really is it? Then I guess either they know very less about Mahabharat or they are not able to swallow the fact. I don't understand that why are people not ready to accept that Draupadi and Krishna has a strong bond indeed?
