Regarding todays episode...I would like to say this is sheer nonsense .Firstly when will starbharath understand the fact that Kurukshetra war was fought protect perishing Dharma in society and protecting respect of women was just one of the aspect...Then when did the warriors become static ???? when did Krishna remind him about Paanchaali's insult?????Star gyaan seems ridiculous ...Starkrishna is demoralising starjuna in a state of despondancy ...In first place whatever happened dyuth sabha was adharm but definitely pandaavas abided swadharma ...When did Krishna say that Pandaavas were unrighteous???? When Krishna reminds about Shakuni etal how would Paarth recollect all that ???? and when did Krishna call Paarth napunsak???? If Paandavaas were unrighteous why is Krishna supporting them?????

Ok, the ending was cool.
The rest? Ok, but can't call it Bhagavad Gita, more rather Krishna's advice.

I did not understand the first ten minutes of today's epi...

Was Krishna deliberately weakening an already hesitant Arjun by reminding him of all the "good" on the Kaurava side?
Poor Parth got even more kanfoosed when Krishna deemed him guilty of not supporting Draupadi...

Really, if I were in Arjun's place, I would've definitely asked Krishna,"Yadi hum Pandavon se adharma hua hai, to phir aap swayam hamaare paksh mein kyun hain, Madhav?"

The 2nd half of the epi was more or less accurate as per the text...

Oh God...the last 5 minutes made me seem as if I was watching Nara & Narayana (rather than Arjun & Krishna)...

Yaar gita gyan has nt started yet!!
Its a prelude!! Abhi he is just setting him up for the gyan!! First he wants to understand arjuna's feelings too!!
Terming it as nonsense is really putting off!!

LOVED LOVED the epi today..all questions answered in one shot.

1: Is war always about revenge? Important because when we see 2 people fight we always assume some petty rivalry or bruised egos and we forget that there might be some legitimate concern.

2: Is war really worth it? I have nothing against non violence but it is not always the best solution. Destruction is necessary for a new order-you have to lose something before gaining anything.

3: If this is about dharma vs adharma, then well kauravas and pandavas have both. if Dushashan insulted Panchali even Yudi commodified her by staking her. Arjun and rest were culprits for being silent. In fact it was a Kaurava Vikarna who laid forth arguments on why wrong things were happening.

Also is it worth it go against your own relatives/friends for a cause, especially those who have sacrificed for you??

Krishna PLAYED his Parth and well...firstly he made Arjun ignore the small details and see the big picture. And then secondly he explained the real reason for war...society had fallen into dire straits. This happens in EVERY age, there is Golden Age and then people start blindly following beliefs and disregard any criticism or change and there is stagnation..for revival it is necessary to challenge old masters..

Also the dialogue of 'samarpan ki anjali'...again like Krishna said, Dury's concern over inheriting kingdom might have been legitimate, both Pandavas and Kauravas had done adharma, then why are Pandavas the heros??

Because Pandavas, Arjun in specific had enough 'samarpan' to absorb God's teachings..to find God you need to get rid of ego. Dury was too arrogant and besides he didn't even believe in Krishna..how could he had absorbed the Gita??

Epi set the entire foundation for the war...Shaheer was terrific as Arjun, scared out of his pants and while SRJ could have been more forceful in beginning tbh by end he was really giving Parth the lesson of his life.

the only thing I disliked was this 'napunsak' word..like why are CV's so obsessed with it?? In 21st century you still think loss of so called manhood is supposed to be an insult..give me a break..the word is very derogatory to me.

What wrong did krishna ji do today by holding parth guilty too??
He was guilty right?? I remember all of us agreeing upon thatduring vh sequences!!
Today he was trying to teach him the same thing he taught drau that this is nt a war for revenge but for societal good!!

I liked it in when Arjun says My throat is dehydrating and my Gaandeev slips ...Last five minutes was commendable...
