I am still not liking Dury-Karna scenes. I am sure we will have a scene before Karna dies where Duryodhan would order him to kill himself if he is unable to kill Arjuna 😡 So much for friendship turned enslavement 😭🤢

Umm Sanskrit ones and in absense Crit Edition? as far as my posts are considered , I always considered KMG as actual text as well. That I am not fond of its language is also a known factor and that I do not consider it as be and end of all is also well known. That I disagree with the obsession of the forum with KMG and KMG only, to the point that original shlokas probably could be nullified , is also well known

Why the sudden sarcasm may I ask? and How deep can one go in deciphering one's like or dislike for a book?

I thought everyone is entitled to their opinion on books, sometimes passing judgement without even reading them

can people please stop shoving finest translation down other people's throat? How would that make any difference anyway

Pandavas already know how to take down Bhishma. Does it mean Pandavas are also aware of Shikhandini's history as Amba?

I mean, when Drau got divided, she mentioned how much Amba had to suffer due to what Bhishma had done. But I'm not sure, back then, how many people knew about Amba's rebirth as Shikhandini...

Now it seems like an open secret of sorts 😕

well its the same case as Bhima and arjuna they always show arjuna before bhima as though arjuna is elder to Bhima

Sabhayata.. RM says Abhimanyu was 16 years, and Karna broke his bow from behind.. both which is not there in KMG.. how do you say both are identical? add Mr Cots' emotional dilemma of Karna while fighting Bhima.. On that I could only see one word 'reluctant smile' that Karna did that might match what he said..

Ok to add.. Please dont think I read only KMG.. I have my own favorite book in Tamil which is condensed story telling.. My best part is the author adds his understanding separately by the end of each chapter and does not mix it with the flow of the story.. There has been an instance where one of what I mentioned from my book was different in KMG which I happily accepted.. I was not hurt that the forum does not accept my book..
