Yogmaya is different. She is an incarnation of shakti not paarvati specifically.Rather Draupadi is the incarnation of naarayani or paarvati specifically kali the destroyer..She is siter of narayana...They both have only one common agendaAbyuktaanam adharmasya tadatmanam srujamyaham..both narayana and naarayani take human form to protect perishing dharma...

Shakti as in?, Adi-Shakti?. Adi-Shakti is not different from Parvati, just like Krishna who isn't different from Lord Vishnu.
Adi-shakti fully incarnated as Parvati. Like krishna is a full Incarnation of Vishnu, Parvati is a full Incarnation of Adi-shakti.Adi-shakti has only one abode who is Lord Shiva himself. Since Arjuna is not an incarnation of Lord Shiva, he cannot be her husband( keeping in mind that Subhadra is an incarnation of Adi-shakti).
