This is from the shloka section on SP site:

Narayanam Shlok
Narayanam namaskritya naram chaiva narottamam Deveem sarasvateem vyaasam tato jayamudeerayet

Salutation to Narayan, Nar (the sage /Arjun), best among men (Krishna), Sarasvati, Vyaas and then Jaya is narrated.

Bheegi.. I know it is a slokha from MB books.. What I say is it not a part of the narration of the story of Mahabharata but an opening verse of each book of MB..

yeah, I understand what you're saying- I'm just quoting what Star Plus has written as it's interpretation and they do mention Arjun, Krishna, Vyas and Saraswati as the revered ones here

During Vanavas, Yudishtir learns to play dice game. After Agnatvas, he even challenges Duryodhan and Shakuni for a game of dice to avoid blood bath but Dury doesn't accept it.
During Vanvaas all pandavas overcome most of their own fears and insecurities and become better persons

Yeah Yudi becomes an expert at dice later. But nothing of this has been shown in Starbharat. It appears strange that after the fiasco, Yudi was playing dice with the Virat king.

Exactly my point.

If in ⭐️B, Virata really knew who the Pandavas were right from the beginning, how is it that ⭐️Yudi the "dyut virodhi" was playing dice in Monday's epi, that too after such a horrible fiasco?

I mean, epic Yudi at least has the excuse of being a dice / gambling addict. But what is the excuse of ⭐️Yudi the "dyut virodhi"?

I wonder if in this serial it will be mentioned that Krishna ji and arjuna are Naryana and Nar.Will they get any flashbacks or realize this in any way that their friendship is eternal ?I was reading Ramesh menon's MB the other day in that krishna ji mentions this while encouraging arjuna to kill karna that they are Nar and Naryana and Karna was their enemy in last birth so him dying by Ajuna's hands is destined and then arjuna gets flashbacks

Now this is something that is very special about Arjuna i hope in some way it is mentioned in this serial as well.If its part of SP's shloka then there is a possibility its mentioned some time in future

Shani.. Also Kanka's hands were visibly shivering while rolling the dice.. and Virata's way of talking then dint seem like he knew he was Yudishtra..

may be a last min story change.. or he was talking about his promise of protecting Kanka and his companions when they came in..

The clarification was about the Point of reference on which I was disagreeing with Arjun Bashing in the forum- to refute a 'fandom'. A charge, brought up here by someone, not I.
Or a tacky notion that we are 'supporting' distorted glorification!🤢 With typical quips,"he has enough of his own, he does not need others!' As if we never knew 'how illustrious Salman indeed is!'😆

🤣
But, seeing that the Pandavas/Krishna are the heroes here, so they glorify them because if they don't then what will be the difference between the heroes and non-heroes or whatever since even those are heroes and need some heavy glorification of their own. Like, you can whitewash to an extent, you whitewash the personality but you overglorigy the person by playing up their part in events ... seeing that K-A, Pandavas, Panchali have more screen space ... so the whitewashing and goldenwashing is constant ... I dont know how much Krishna can be glorified and if he has to be then i haven't seen Kunti, Dhritrashtra or anyone really behaving like they are ready to fall at the feets of the Avatar ... balancing that out with overexposure.
Arjuna is taking away the glory of his brothers because his own glory needs to be downplayed to make sure that the antiheroes and nonheroes are getting their own share of goldenwashing and over glorification.
