Even in ramnand sagar krishna, they did the duri angle.Even then arjun was all out giving blessings to subhi-duri marriage.
If they had skipped duri thing all together then arjun not protesting at all would make sense.
Here if he had went jo adesh madhav that would be weard.

Regardless of the fact that arjun loves subhi or not, if he doesnt say anything against marrying a girl who has been promised as a wife to his cousin,that would be so un-arjun like.

I guess CVs are preparing the ground wherein Krishna will advise Subhadra to hold the reins of the horses while Subhi and Arjun are driving away.

To outsiders it will seem that Subhadra has kidnapped Arjun and hence Balarama cannot do anything to Arjun as he would be blameless. (they already showed Dury telling Shakuni that Arjun will not raise weapons against Balarama & Krishna)

So Krishna ensures that his brother and his best friend are not at loggerheads with each other and at the same time fulfils the objectives as well.

Its very sad to know Starjuna has no interest in marrying Subhadra 😭 It seems Starjuna loves only StarDraupadi rest all are for enhancing his Kingdom even Subhadra!!
