StarPlus n MB creatives have completely destoryed the original story. They are just trying to use their so called super natural creative brains just to add spice n drama in the daily soap and totally forgotten the base and actual story.

I just hope that generation which unaware about the real MB...and those who haven't watched earlier MB (B R Chopra productions) should not take this SP MB too seriously and not to go with it. Yes...just watch this show for fun n time pass like other fictional shows. OR...try to dig the actual story of original MB.

This is nothing but a fiction show and nautaki of MB.

i saw family tree in the wiki.. it's balabhadra... but this is another name of balarama.. i'm confused which one is correct...😆

it's Baladhara according to the wiki .. you added a "bha" 😆 .. but that's close enough to Valandhara, and I'm assuming a typo (since Draupadi is named Draupati in that family tree).

Finally caught up to this week's episodes and ready to start fresh for tomorrow's episode!

One thing I noticed in Friday's episode is that Drishtaduymn wasn't all too glad that his sister was joining him. He had more a look of awe; he also didn't seemed to give a fork that his father was pretty much cursing his sister ... which leads me to think two things: 1) will Drupad care about Draupadi's vastraharan as BR Chopra's MB shows it or shall we expect another one of those annoying yelling scenes, and 2) do the CVs know that Drishtaduymn and Draupadi are twins (and brother and sister...)

I also noticed (in the promo) that Drishtaduymn really didn't give a damn about Draupadi since he is shown walking away with Drupad ...

Lol ... guess the lesson from SP's MB is that brothers and sisters didn't get along as well as the Pandavas did with their brothers and sister (Dussala) ... since Duryodhan seems to have forced Dussala into marrying Jaidrath.

Going back a few days, I also noticed that it was only Arjuna who cared about the conditions of the people. Didn't get a good look at everyone's face, but I did notice that Kunti, Arjuna, Nakula (and I think Bhim) didn't have any "wounds" on their faces.. Now if that's supposed to mean something, who knows...

Finally, Drupad's face when Draupadi was being "born" was just plain stupid (not that it usually isn't, but friday's episode was just an unusual high point)

The way they are showing things, I wouldn't be surprised if Bheeshma & Drona fight the war on the Pandava side, while Drupada joins the Kauravas. Of course, like a daily soap, they can do a volte face and justify the changed stances later, just like angels suddenly become vamps & vamps angels

Do the makers want to address female foeticide issue? This is not the plot for it. I was cursing the show makers for ruining a wonderful relationship in the name of the social cause. They added fuel to fire. Show makers just gave a strong and valid reason for these MCPs to kill baby girls in the name of religion. Good going ! Shows don't change people. People change people. The should stay within the confines of the original story and maintain the entertainment quotient. I know my posting here doesn't change the way they shoot the show. Just looking for a venting ground. I really wanted to find out who is the writer(s) and slap him(them) silly. I am pretty sure thousands of people share my feelings.. or may be not ... :(

Drupadi is one of the panchakanyas. Drupada knew how great she is.

Ahalya, Draupadi, Kunti, Thara, Mandodari thatha,
Panchakanya smaren nithyam maha pathaka nasanam

It is possible...I read Wikipedia where it is mentioned that Draupadi's first son was with Yudisthir, then with Nakul, then Bheem , then Sahadev n finally Arjun. It's ironical that Draupadi n Arjun were married first but their son was probably the youngest.

Huh i was of the opinion that draupadi married the pandavas according to their age.
First yudhishtira, then bheema and finally arjuna ...

That was after they reached the hut n Kunti asked the brothers to share her amongst themselves by mistake. Before that, she put the varmaala around Arjun first. I'm sure some ceremony or marriage ritual must have been held after that at her swamvar, given the fact that the Panchal people didn't no, that she was going to be married again to the rest of the Pandavas. That's y I'm saying that she got married to Arjun first.
