What was his condition to be the disciplinarian of the princes?
Why King opposed him?
And VO said Dronacharya already selected his students how?

Edited

A person with hidden motives was assigned to teach and train the princes was it a good decision or another step to wards the MB war?

King's condition was tht drona will only teach kurus .. drona agreed as long as he could teach his son along with them

Drona 's condition was .. he would the teach the kids far away frm hastinapur in isolation ..
but dhirt didnt want his sons to suffer in some other kingdom away frm him ..

Drona has decided to teach kurus .. as he needed them to exact revenge frm drupad

So king did not want that his kids will study with Drona's son.
@bold didn't get 😕 he had his own motives behind teaching them.

Yes he had his own ambitions to accomplish. He wanted to take revenge from Drupad through his students.

sorry i think i was not clear .. .. dhirt agreed for drona's son to be taught along with kurus .. but he did not want his sons to away from hastinapur and also without any comforts but drona was adamant on tht

yeah drona has his motives .. he was humiliated by king drupad and he wanted to take revenge on him .. he asked kurus as gurudakshina to defeat drupad in a battle

Dronacharya was gr8 as Guru but he was always unjust and biased with others. He always loved Arjun and trained him. His love for Arjun and his pride was so high that denied to give training to Karna as Karna belonged to lower caste... What he did with Eklavya is also not justified...

Mahabharata is story of ambitions and how humanity, relations, morals got disgraced when a human got blind to fullfill his ambition.

Dronaharya's own son Ashwathama was against Pandava's and against what his father did with Karna.

In today's epi he clearly said to his son that he will make him king by using Kauravs. So he was manipulative from the beginning.
Who was Eklavya?
