I read that in the historical work "Sanjivani" by Raja Bhoja. It was clearly mentioned that "Vyasa composed 4,400 verses of the Mahabharat, and his pupils added another 5, 600. Thus there were in all 10,000 verses in the original Mahabharat. In the time of Raja Vikramaditya the number of verses rose to 20,000."
Raja Bhoja also says that in his father's time the number came up to 25,000 and at the time of writing the book under notice, when he was a middle aged man, it had risen to 30,000; if it went on increasing at the rate the Mahabharat will in no time become a 'camel's load.'

Any idea about this?So isn't the one we read today the original scripture by Ved Vyas!

What is Sanjivani? Is it available on the net?
And yes, all texts are subjects to interpolations, but it cannot be truw that Vyasa only composed 4,400 verses! That is like a goes-right-to-the-underworld understatement!

Can anyone tell me about Project of Some Scientist to capture voice waves of Gitaji?

I have heard that some are trying to capture voice waves of Krishna by urban technologies.😳

Is it possible? They actually want to know whether Mahabharat was realistic or not...!!!

No idea!My Sanskrit teacher used to say that Mahabharat was adulterated and the original version has only 1000 verses!Due to various stories that were added later the connectivity between Bhagavad Gita and Mahabharat was lost!

I don't get you. They are trying to catch the vibrations of Krishna's voice? But that is impossible, right? Mahabharata happened 5000+ years ago!

You also know Sanskrit?👍🏼
Mahabharata could never have had 1000 verses. But I am not so expert in this field of verse tracking 😆... so you never know...
But let the upcoming serial show all the one lakh verses of the (present) Mahabharata!
