PART 1
Madhu was in the hospital as her daughter fell unconscious again.
Doctor inserted the needle inside the veins of that little girl...but Madhu was standing there uninfluenced. There were days when Madhu couldn't see pain on Vani's face when doctor used to inject the needle but today she was standing there unaffected...because now this was normal for her to see her daughter like this.

Vani was lying on the bed and Madhu was sitting next to her holding her hand. She was her world...Madhu was completely shattered from the day she came to know that vani is suffering from cancer. Although Vani didn't have much time but Madhu was doing her best to save her daughters life by any means. What ever doctors used to say she used to do that...her life was only limited from hospital to house...and nothing else mattered to her.
She never slept in peace since that day...and even today sleep was nowhere near. Madhu caressed Vani's hair and kissed her hand...she was sleeping with her fingers curled into the palm making a fist. Madhu chuckled seeing this. This was one habit of Vani while sleeping she used to curl her little fingers making a fist. There was one more person who used to do exactly the same thing while sleeping.

FLASHBACK
Madhu was trying to open his fist while he was sleeping in the library
Madhu: RK?? RK?? (she whispered trying to wake him up) RK...(with no other option left this time she hit him)
RK: Haann??? (He said in a drowsy tone)
Madhu: Will you please wake up...we are in library RK.
RK: So?..library is to sleep...but few idiots like you come here to study.
Madhu: Shut up RK
RK:Why shut up...I am saying the truth.
Madhu: Oh really...so if I am an idiot than why do you love me so much?
RK: Because I love loving you Miss. Madhubala Malik...(he said locking his gaze with hers while Madhu blushed seeing at him but then suddenly he said) plus everyone falls in love with a normal person so I wanted to see what it feels like to fall in love with an idiot...and I must say it has its own
Charm.
(Madhu's smile faded away and she hit him playfully)
RK: Okay now please let's get out of here...I am really getting pissed off.
Madhu: But where.
RK: Anywhere but not here...If I'll stay here for another one minute I'll throw up.
Madhu: what?
RK: Yes this Is a sick place...now please come.(He held her hand and they came out of the library and started moving towards the cafeteria)
Madhu: RK where are you taking me?
RK: To the cafeteria...
Madhu: But why?
RK: because I know you haven't eaten anything since morning because you were tensed for the internals ..and after giving the test you went straight to the library but now I won't hear a single excuse. (And he didn't give her a chance to talk...and in no time they reached the cafeteria) Now sit down.
Madhu: Okay boss (She obeyed him like a child)
He gave a smile in return
RK: I'll be right back.
Madhu nodded.

RK: Tantana...hot and yummy pasta with cheese on the top and your favourite cappuccino is here ma'am.(He came with a tray and placed it on the table in front of Madhu)
Madhu: Thank you.(She gave an affectionate smile to him but seeing a single plate the smile vanished from her face) RK...what is this...where is your coffee and pasta?
RK: Firstly...from the night I am only drinking coffee to stay awake and study...Secondly I already had my breakfast in the morning and Lastly I have to keep some place empty for my sweet dish which is you so I can't eat.
Madhu: RK(Madhu said with eyes opened wide and looked around to make sure that no one was close enough to hear them)
RK: What...have I said something wrong?(He teased her)...tell me na Madhu...aren't you my sweet dish?
Madhu blushed when RK teased him and took some pasta and quickly stuffed it in RK's mouth to make him quiet.
Madhu: Tell me RK from where did you got this habit of clenching your fingers into a fist while sleeping?
(She asked him while tossing few penne back and forth)
RK: Umm...woh...I don't know I am doing this since I was a kid. ( He said while making an innocent face)
Madhu: Always ready to punch into someone's face.
RK: Ahaan!!
His words echoed in Madhu's ears and she came out of her past...and those beautiful memories came out in the form of tears from Madhu's eyes...she looked at Vani who was still sleeping with her fingers clenched. She kissed her fist and placed her head down next to Vani and she wiped her tears. And soon slept off while still holding her fist.

Next morning
A car stopped in front of a huge building...he came out of the car...closed the buttons of his suit and walked inside...each and every employee greeted him good morning and he replied back with a nod and a smile with his dimples deepened in his cheeks. He was Rishabh Kundra one of the leading business tycoons.
