Ahh yes yes this SS was locked and i realised i need to update my stories bit faster. Sorry guys but as i update one part of my story my mind gets stuck as how to post the next part. and how to build up the story. Sometimes i feel i should stop writing but then i feel i should at least complete this story after that i will stop writing or may be i will write One shots.
Let's see, but for now here is the next part. Hope you guys like it. 😊 And ya thank you all for your comments on the previous part.

PART - 11
At hospital
RK was resting on his bed when Madhu came inside.
"How are you?" Madhu asked, her low voice filled with concerned.
"Fantastic!!" RK replied sarcasticly.
Madhu lowered her head in guilt, she knew he was their with bandage on his head only because of her.
"I am sorry Rishabh...all this has happened because of me"
"Hmm that's true...it would have never happened if..."
"If i had not left from there last night" Madhu replied
RK nodded when a nurse came inside to give him his medicine. The nurse gave a smile to RK while taking out his medicine from the drawer.
"How are you feeling now?" The nurse asked him
"Now as you are here I am feeling much better" RK said with a flirtatious smile.
While the nurse responded in a equally flirtatious way, Madhu was feeling uncomfortable with their talks.
"You will get discharged by today" the nurse said
"What...really?" he kept his hand on his heart "means this happiness was just for one day"
the nurse giggled and left from there. Madhu gave a digusted look to RK
"What??" RK shrugged
"seriously...you can flirt with any random girl?"
"Madhubala...I only flirt with those girls who seems interested in me...she was smiling at me...so if i did some flirting with her then what's wrong in that?" RK gave a winning smile "Moreover it's also good for your health"
"oh really...how?" Madhu said in not so interested manner
"Well first of all, it helps you forget all the worst things ever happened in your life which gives you only pain" RK said remembering something and after a pause of few seconds he continued "Secondly and most importantly it adds FUN to your boring life" emphasizing the fun word he winked.
Madhu looked down as she thought it's better to be quiet right now.
"If you are interested then i can flirt with you too. If not end...it will surely lessen your pain"
"My pain?" Madhu looked straight into his eyes
"What did you think...no one can see it??...huh your eyes speaks a lot Madhubala"
Both of them kept staring eachother. RK knew there is some connection between him and that picture. He knew madhu was in pain but didn't know the actual reason. Everything was very confusing for him. And now Abhay's name was making him more restless. If it was about someone else may he wouldn't have bothered but he somewhere knew all this is related to him, his face!. On the other hand for the first time Madhu saw him as different person. A person who is hiding his pain behind the mask of a womaniser.
They broke the eye contact when Rohan and Trishna came inside the room
"get moving buddy you got discharged"

At night
"Ummm this food is yumm" Rohan said licking his fingers.
"You like it?" Trishna asked
"Of course...It's been years since we have eaten such Yummy food...right RK"
RK nodded with a smile having his last bite.
"Actually there we don't get to eat Indian food na. We got so much involved in our work that we didn't even realise when we adapted their lifestyle."
"No worries you both can eat as much you want...by the way Rohan told me that his family lives here. What about you RK?"
"My mom and dad live in New York only...7 years before we left India, Mumbai. My dad wanted to settle outside so we had to leave"
"Oh so you used to live here too. Great to hear that, Oh my God it's late i think I should leave. Madhu feels scared if she is alone at night."
"Yes sure. and thanks for the tasty food Trishna" RK said his voice slightly filled with concern.
"It's okay...you take care okay...bye"
RK smiled and got up and walked towards the window.
"RK you should rest now" Rohan said
"Ro...I need some fresh air"
Rohan didn't argue as he knew what's bothering him. He kept quiet and cleaned the stuff on the table.
RK opened the window reminiscing some moments
"Rishabh close the window. See it's raining my makeup will get ruined."
"Deepali it's just a makeup. And you are with me right now so you don't need to put thick layers of makeup to impress me"
"It's not about you Rishabh...it's about me. I always want to look good...and This make up is very costly so i won't let this stupid rain ruin it."
"Costly?? But from where did you buy it...didn't uncle aunty stop you from wasting money on such useless things?"
"Ummm i didn't buy it...infact my friend got it for me. She gifted me on my birthday last week...of course i can't expect from you to spend a single penny on me"
"But i gifted you a photo frame"
"Hahaha a photo frame??...What will i do with that?"
"Why do you always try to seek benefit in everything?" RK asked her getting angry
"Ummm sweetheart...i meant you could have framed another picture in which both of us are looking good. you know like the one we clicked in bhavya's birthday party. I was looking so hot in that dress."
RK kept quiet for few seconds and said "IT WAS OUR FIRST PICTURE TOGETHER DEEPALI"
With a blow of wind he came out of his trance and he saw Madhu opening her window. She saw him already standing there looking towards her with sadness in his eyes. He jerked his head hiding his pain and smiled towards her. She in return gave breif smile for the first time. She gestured towards him asking him how is his head injury. He nodded in affirmation. they kept looking at eachother for few seconds when Madhu said " GOOD NIGHT" Though he couldn't hear what she said but he clearly understood by watching her lips. She went inside while he was still standing there.
"ABHAY..." He whispered to himself remembering madhu calling out that name.
"Are you okay bro?" Rahul asked her keeping his hand on his shoulder
"Ya i am fine" RK replied
"You lied to me right?"
RK looked at him in confusion "Lied what?"
Rohan laughed off "You didn't went to meet the clients that day...am i right?"
RK surprisely looked at him
"I knew where were you going that's why i didn't force you" Rohan said while giving RK his medicines which he had to take after dinner. "I know it's not easy but till when will you keep burning yourself in her memories. It's been 7 years RK, let it go na"
"Ro please i don't want to talk about all that...please leave it"
Rohan kept mum for him as he didn't want to give much emotional stress to RK.

In the morning
Madhu finished her breakfast and was about to leave for work when Trishna topped her "Madhu Madhu wait...please can you go and give this breakfast to Rohan and RK" Trishna handed her two boxes.
"Didu they are 2 young boys then can make their breakfast themselves. You cooked them dinner last night..isn't that enough?"
'Madhu don't forget what RK did for you, for us! If something would have happend to you that night i would have..."
"Okayyy okay relax...I will give it...you go and get ready, from there i"ll directly leave for office...okay bye"
"Bye"
Madhu rung the doorbell twice. Finally after few minutes RK opened the door half in sleep.
"Madhu you?" He carefully looked at her with those sleepy eyes.
"Ummm ya aa hi" Madhu fidgeted
"Hi...come in" He turned around but suddenly a pain shot up in his head. "Ahh Damn"
"What happened"
"Nothing i just got up suddenly to open the door so may be it's because of that"
"You please sit down" Madhu's voice filled with concern. She helped him sit down on the sofa.
"Where is Rohan he was here with you last night right...he could have opened the door?"
"He is in Washroom i guess" RK said holding his head in pain. madhu didn't know what to do
"Umm can i get you something?" Madhu said keeping down the food on the table
"Ya please can you get me some water from the kitchen...it's right..." before he could complete it she ran towards the kitchen to take water. "Over there" he completed the sentence.
within few seconds she came up with a glass of water and gave it to RK.
"Feeling better?"
RK nodded
"But how come you knew where is the kitchen"
Madhu kept mum for few seconds and then replied in pauses "I...just gue...ssed"
RK found it very lame so he was about to ask her again but then
"Ahhh...where is this delicious aroma coming from?" Rohan came from nowhere
Madhu thought it's a great time to escape from here so she said "Ummm didu have made breakfast for you. Do have it. I should leave i am getting late for the office...okay bye" and in no time she left the house.
"What was that?"
"Abe manhoos! you always jump in between whenever we both are talking. Couldn't you stay in the washroom for few minutes?"
"But...I was done with my..."
"shut up just shut up" RK replied getting irritated

Madhu knocked the door "May i come in sir?"
Milind was talking on the phone with someone so he just nodded.
"Sir here is the sample of content..." Madhu was giving him few sample pages.
"You just do your job okay. I have more works to do. I am not here to listen to your nonsense." Milind said to the person on the other side of the phone in a raised voice.
Madhu gave a strange look to him "To whom is he talking like that...in such a rude manner" she said to herself
Milind looked towards her "What??"
"Sir the samples"
"Leave it here and go"
Madhu got irritated with his behaviour and kept the sheets on his table. She opened to door and was about to leave.
"And ya one coffee for me...quick!" He said to Madhu while still talking on the phone.
"What the hell does he think of himself?" Madhu was hell irritated with his behaviour.
"What happened Madhu" a collouge asked her
"This Milind Dixit...i mean our boss...honestly i don't even feel like calling him my boss. He is so irritating...he treats me like his seceretary"
"You don't know...he is a MALE CHAUVINIST...he treats every girl like that. Don't know how his wife tolerates him"
"He is married?"
"Yes...huh poor girl...my deepest sympathies to her" she giggled and went back to her desk.
Then may be he was talking to his wife on the phone" Madhu said to herself while walking towards the cafeteria.
