Actors step out of the gym to stay fit Vivian Dsena I started working out when I was 13. Since I have tried most fitness routines, I find regular gymming quite boring, so much so that I've almost come to hate it. I am always game for outdoor sport, especially football. It makes you fit, whereas gym only improves your appearance. I would advise people to take up football to become fit rather than simply aspiring to build six-packs.
