Chapter 3 Dance Couple
"One.. two.. three.. twirl and bend" " Miss Madhubala you are doing that wrong, focus on your steps"
How on the earth can I focus when I am dancing with RK??? yeah, I admit he is Hot! Madhubala Malik sticks with the truth, always.
"Madhu, relax. No need to be scared. It's really easy if you try, here take my hand" he extended his palm which I took hesitantly.
He placed my other hand on his shoulder, I could literally feel his muscles. He surely had six packs, I wondered what would be like to feel them. What? I smacked myself, when did the innocent Madhubala thought like this?
" Take a deep breath Madhu, and don' t worry. Just look into my eyes" I raised my head to look, which was not a good decision because I felt nyself drowning in those chocolate orbs. They conveyed unknown emotions which I longed to dechiper.
I didn't realise when he swayed me from my spot, leading me, twirling me. I bended perfectly, he spun me around. Trailing his hand on my arms, burning the skin there. I matched his steps, still in a trance. We danced on the rythm, his gaze never leaving me. He pulled me cloae, I wrapped my arms around his neck, and swayed while . He turned me shoulders and we caught each others extended hands, and took a round. He moved me gently, and suddenly lifted me up. I caught his shoulders, he bought me down slowly. Pushing me gently, he tugged me and I came rolling and fell in his arms, a perfect RK pose like in his films.
I don't know for how much time we stayed like this, but the sound of thounderous clapping broke my trance. I got hold of reality, and wriggled to get out of his hold. Rishab helped me to my feet. I was flushed.Once I stood properly, i glanced around. Whole team had stopped dancing long ago when I and Rishab had gone out of the steps and danced.
" So, didn't you liked my steps or what?" By Nandita mam's calm tone, it was difficult to guess her mood. Was she mad at us? I glanced sideways towards Rishab, he was standing there like nothing happened.
" I was wrong about you Madhubala! Good Heavans! what did she meant by that.
" You CAN Dance!" " And very beautifully" she added with a smile.
Pheeww! I was relieved. I was really scared, you know.
" You both are the Perfect Partners, I have chosen till date..." Nandita Miss continued.
" You completement each other really well, you are gracefull to the core and your syncronization is mind-blowing."
A smile crept up on my face, this was the first time I was getting praised for any theatre skills.
" So It's decided Rishabh and Madhubala will be our lead couple" and everyone cheered.
" You danced really well Madhu" RK said as he took another bite of veg rolls from MY Lunchbox. Nowadays I prepare extra lunch to accomodate him. And now i was getting used to the envious stares I get because, Rishab was eating with me, forget eating he was always with me.
" Thanks, but it was possible because of you, I was really scared because It was my first time dancing" I replied genuinly feeling grateful. I just told him my problem and he offered to be partner, with two options either a Yes or a YES!
"No need, a friend in need is a friend indeed, haven't you heard?"
I got a shock, friend? he considered me a friend?
" I.. a..am your fr..friend?"
" Of course, you are the only one I know, and the only one I like talking to" He said still focused on the rolls.
" Really..?" I felt bubble of joy bursting inside me.
" But you are a Big Superstar and..."
He stopped eating and leaned to where I was sitting. " I may be the Superstar Madhu, but I am very alone! " he whishpered in my ear.
I closed my eyes feeling his hot breath on my ear. He leaned up, gave me a smirk and went away searching for a dustbin to throw the roll wrap.
I blushed, never had I allowed any male to be this close to me. But He was different he made me feel different sensations never known to me.
I shook my head at the thoughts, and smiled. At this rate I will go crazy soon.
I was walking out of the Campus, when I heard a screech.
" Hey Madhu, want a lift?" He was on a bike, where did his Limousine went
" No I can go back myself"
" That I also know, but I want to give you a ride Madhu"
" Um..But"
"No Ifs and Buts, you are coming that's final!" How come he decides that? but my mouth couldn't open to object. And my legs automatically went forward. Adjusting myself on his Bike, I replied a " yes" to his " ready?"
He started his bike with force, and the sudden speed caused me to fall on his back. I steadied myself holding his shoulder. And I knew he is chuckling.
" What's so funny?"
"I din't said anything"
O Really!"
"You look so cute, frustrated, Madhu!" He was thoroughly enjoing it.
" I am not going to talk to you"
"Oh God. What sin did I commit now, Queen Elizabeth. Please forgive me and I will die without you talking to me" he said dramatically earning an eye-roll from me. At this moment nobody will think he is a celebrity, the way he was so casual.
" You look like a ripe round tomato, sulking, Madhu"
" What??" this caught my attention from my self talk and I smacked on his arm, to which he fully laughed. Seeing him laugh so openly, it warmed my heart.
After some moments I realized that this is not the way towards my PG! My heart beated rapidly!Where is Rishab Kundra taking me? Am I Kidnapped?
