A Review of Episode dated 15-05-2014.

Congrats to entire forum for the rise in trps ⭐️
I have been busy but I havent missed a single episode...

mujhe essays nahin likhna...I am learning to make my essays more interesting so that koi aake padh le🤣

So here is my new isstyle 😎.

Some facts that struck a chord in me -
- Madhu is not unaffected 😉. She remembers Raja's constant defence of her but is yet unable to relate that to his other side of chauvinism and violence.

- Raja keeps saying "you will have to fit in here in this house and accept me as I am"...yet when it comes to actions, when has Raja tried to make her actually fit in ? 😆Instead we find him accepting her actions, feeling good abt them and going so far as to defend her actions to all, even if it means lying. Even when Dauji warns him ke "sar se upar paani na jaaye"...all Raja is thinking is "Chalo Rani...hum dekhte hai kaise humaare hote huye iss ghar mein koi tumhe kuch karta hai " 😆

- Makes me wonder...is he actually trying to make her fit in his world...or is her trying to make his entire world fit around her ? 😆 Rani tumhe waha sab yeh samman denge...dekha rani yahan sab tumhe devi banayenge...sab tumhe yahan bohot prem karenge...never Rani tumhe yeh kana hai sabke liye ya woh karna hai sabka dil jeetne ke liye...There is a duality in him that is becoming more tangible by every episode.

- Madhu is ready to accept any challenge and even punishment from others BUT she is not ready to reveal that Raja has forced her silence in this matter😆...even though she hates his actions and fights with him continuously...😆...

- Madhu took charge of the challenge, cleverly asking what she would get if she succeeded...also she was respectful but didnt bend on her stand...atta girl ! Kya growth hai ! Yeh hai Madhubala aur RK ki beti. 😃...maybe someday I will analyze her as a daughter of Sr RM separately...RK ki ego, gussa aur stubborness with SrM ki softness, piety and loving nature.

- Raja again does something fascinating...just last night he was like "accept me as I am"...and next morning he is putting aside his male chauvinism, writing her a note abt his whereabouts...though he fails to say anything to his family...his priorities have clearly changed...again I ask...who is he actually trying to fit where ? 😆

- a poignant Dauji Baiji scene ⭐️...a powerful violent man finds that violence cannot solve the biggest problem of his life 😆...he has to set aside his chauvinism when confronted by the devotion of his wife who gives him advice to keep the peace ...and he does that, credit to Baiji for her delicate way of giving the advice...advice that would have worked had not the jeeja been a villain here...Dauji is not a bad man at all...he is simply a product of his times.😆


some other things of note -
- I like the balance in the episodes...love it infact...we are actually getting an interesting story ...the new cast is actually useful and does its job...there are subtle connections and cross-connections in this village track between characters that are being shown very interestingly...like mini parallel tracks...so even if romantic scenes are not coming like the Niagara falls , the episode is entertaining and intriguing.👏

- I especially like the backdrop they have chosen...a violent gun-toting environment where the rich family rules by the power of the bullet...that is not possible in a metropolitan city ...it needs an interior village backdrop...and interior village naturally means some regressive mentalities...but I am happy there is a balance...I dont find any exuberance of dehaat in the story yet...there is chauvinism...there is their dialect...there is their cityphobia...there is their violent nature...there is also their power and greed...it gives me an overall Ishaqzaade/Ramleela wali violent feeling...of blood and bloodshed ...of love and hate...makes for a backdrop for some intense bloody scenes hopefully.

Point to note...pabho nivaran track was much more dehaati than this 😆...aur dehaati story toh Lagaan bhi thi 😛

- Agni...I like this vamp...uski bhi ek story hai...masterji angle of loving agni is being shown twice...cvs are gonna use it in some way I feel...should be interesting...

- CVs are actually tying all loose ends and explaining abt Meenakshi...and now KRK ...I remember AS once said in an IV when VD returned that he has many threads to touch upon...he is keeping his word. I like it !⭐️

- The lack of communication between JM n Raja...neither is willing to see the POV of the other in private though they defend each other in public...at this rate I expect a BIG showdown on their suhaagraat...fight fight fight ! 😃


Some things to repeat -
- as I have been saying for a long time...I applaud AS n team...they r working real hard and now its bearing results...I hope they keep it up and get even better response from TRP janta. 👏

- Channel...sudhar jao...before ur arrogance and nepotism drowns u for good 🤢...and maybe channel is actually starting the needful now...this promotion event looks like a reflection of the last to last trp results where most dropped abominably with MB nearly stable.

- I dont care if I sound like a tape recorder. I love DVD and I am loving the Raja Rani characters as well as their equation ! Kudos to DVD n CVs for making Rajbala so differently unique !

P.S. - I think I failed abominably in my effort to NOT make this an essay

Yes! The flashbacks she had of Raja clearly tells she is confused inside. She sees he loves her but his beliefs and his chauvinism puts her off big time. Like she was thinking of time he saved her, tried to teach her to defend herself and lied for her... but the moment he comes close to her and starts talking about his traditions, that he wants her to fit in his world for him though he won't even try to change for her and along with all this his tharkeyness, he riles her up!

Very true Anki. I see it this way.. he is in two minds. He has been brought up inthis culture na where chauvinism is prevalent and conservative traditions are followed religiously... but the past two years have changed him... more specifically .. his time with JM... The Raju is alive in him.. though he discards it every time.. but it is very much there.. and so is the duality in his actions and words! He may say it she has to change and that she has to follow the traditions because that is what Raja has seen in his world... but he tries to make allowances for her and defends her... because she maybe his Rani now.. but she is also his Gudiya... 😳

I said the same! 😆 He is in two minds... actually both JM and Raja are in two minds... because their relationship also had two different names na... the bond is the same... but they had two different faces... one was the emotional bond they had while they were Raju and his Gudiya.. and one now... Raja and his Rani...

I loved it yar!!! I love JM even more now!!! She may yell at him, jerk him away and call him names.. she may even tell him that he is a wild animal and they are not husband and wife... but she put on her sindoor... she calls him Raju while reading his letter... and follows his instructions... Now that is saying something!! 😳

Ahh!! I love her! 😆 But you already know that! One of the major reasons I do not post in the forum! 😆 She maybe hating Raja ... but deep down she cares for Raju and she does admit he is her husband! So she follows his instructions... Madhubala's daughter! And ego... she won't give up and she will never say sorry! RK's daughter!! 😳 though she still has individuality.. She is awesome! 👏

Haha! So true! That note was too cute.. what I have observed about Raja is .. he knows the people around him very well.. he is witty and so he deals with things lightly... he cares for his family.. though he knows some of his family members carry poison for him! Like he forgave Leela and asked Sunny to forgive him as well.. he is actually a family man.. 😆 .. also the way he handled Agni the other day... so he does know his family may trouble JM.. and JM has only him with her... so before going he thought of leaving a note for her .. exclusively for her... so that she does not get worried alone... he will be there ... 😳

Agree!! I am liking the track a lot!!! I really like Dauji and Bhanu.. both characters and the actors! They are doing a good job. actually every character is different from another... and has a role to play.. no one is there just to give shocked expressions and loud reactions! Nor are they there just to fill up screen space... I like it a lot! We have strong supporting characters and actors...

Couldn't agree more!! The backdrop actually adds more to the drama... making it more raw.. and adding more flavors to the drama!

I like her as well.. the actress is playing the character perfectly.. she is hyper, impulsive, greedy, idiotically loud and selfish! Sounds about right for a vamp! The masterji and her might make an interesting dynamic as a couple.. 😆

More power to AS and Team!! 👏 They are going to gain as much audience as they can with this 'dehati track'😆 .. because I take it such audience might not be too keen to watch IPL... though I might be horribly wrong.. I don't anything about analyzing TRPs... 😆 .. but I think they are doing this only.. gain audience with a popularly accepted track.. and then move back to Mumbai and start afresh by which time the audience will be hooked! That's why they are keeping the tension between JRM and giving them less screen space together ... that's what I think though... 😆
