infact today i ws talking one such ritual abt it with my friend. in earlier days of child marriage, father used to seat his daughter on his lap n do kanikadhanam i.e giving away his daughter in marriage.

bt even today they follow the rituals. it is funny to see overgrown not -so-young girl (most of them have later marriage nowadays) sitting on their father's lap fo rthis ritual. imagine if the daughter is over weight it must be really difficult!

these rituals are commonly followed evn in metoropolitan ciites. interior villages must have evn more.

and that widow as apshagun, though not as bad they showed, is stil believed. evn today in my places, whn ppl are going to important work, they dont appreciate to see a widow face to face. only differnce today is unless we know personally we wdnt know if a person i s widow or not. outward symbols are not worn anymore. bt inside the beliefs are still there.

OK now coming to Epi.. It was an OK epi for me... may be thoses are the ritual for those people... do these kind of ritual are still there kya... may be... 😕 but for Madhu who not even ready to accept the wedding will feel it as Horrible torture only... and the way they were treating her was also not in a good way... it like they are doing the Ragging... Agree ..thats what i thot ...it may be a ritual ...but Madhu is already in a shock...poor thing ... she loved Raju dearly n Raja is someone who she hardly knows ...

But I noticed one thing.. even though Raja is failing to see the discomfort of Madhu.. he is not letting others to get on her head too much... Well thats a good sign...😃 and compared to other people in that house.. Raja seems to have a Caring heart... it showed the way he dealed with that Bhabhi... it was a nice Bhabhi-devar scne.. thought it was short...😳 ---sorry pennu tho' he was trying to make her comfortable in his own way ..i really din like the way he was trying to take her pictures ...that din move me🤔 ..may be he is in his own world ...he WANTS to believe that she too is Crazy in Love with him !!

But just a thought... Kaham this Bhabhi and kaham Depaali Bhabhi...😆 I mean the way VD called her Bhabhi was soo much with respect and care... 😃
BTW.. DD was looking Dangerously Gorgeous in that Sherni avtaar... ---am waiting to watch her and her reactions to all this happenings..i hope they dont disappoint
