Since March 29th episode, one thing has been bothering me that I hope to get answers for it soon. At the beginning of the episode, AK visits Madhu Jr with some documents and their conversation was muted. Now it must have been important and CVs are keep it under wraps so it still remains a mystery.
Now my Brain Twin and I have been discussing it for the last one hour and we came up with some possibilities. The documents could be a "prenuptial agreement", which is why Madhu Jr was so hesitant and worried. I put prenuptial agreement in quotation marks because along with the fake prenuptial agreement he could have put in the transfer of property paperwork. Though AK has been living in RM for last 20 years, it is still legally the Kundras.
If we go based on the will RK created before the Unwedding, Radhaji stands to gain most of RK's wealth upon his and Madhu Sr's death. Even if RK had altered the will to leave most of his wealth to his beti, upon his death she was just a baby. So that means all his wealth, at least Madhu Jr's portion, should have transferred to a Trust. As the only living relative, Radhaji would be in charge of the trust. But now that her health has deteriorated and Madhu Jr is now of age, she can claim the wealth. And both Radhaji and Bittuji can vouch for her identity and AK knows that. So I think in the guise of getting her to sign "prenuptial agreement" he can unwittingly get her to sign away the properties that are rightfully hers.
Second possibility is that he brings her marriage license to sign under Raj Kumar's name. Though I am not sure why she would hesitate to sign a marriage license. AK could have shown her marriage license and Madhu Jr being so much in love could have overlooked the name. I also think Madhu Jr could have hesitated because she still felt that she was getting married without her Dida and her parents' blessings. Wondering why AK would even show her the marriage license under Raj Kumar's name. Though one reason could be that he didn't want Madhu Jr to scream the marriage to RajKumar is illegal when she signed on the marriage license. I am sure she wouldn't sign after finding the duplicitous marriage.
