me too have a doubt what was that papers and i think madhu did not sign any papers while showing that scene ,hope they clear soon about papers

You forgot one more point Brain Twin, the name. It's all in a name. Whatever she signs as Madhu Devkinandan isn't a legal. She never legally changed her name, it is still Madhubala Rishabh Kundra. So that could work in our favor depending on what the documents are.
