According to the Ph, meiej took a leap to sustain the show, bring in new audience n increase the trps. They have to promote the show in a positive way for this. But here we don't see any promos. MEIEJ does not find a place even in 'kahani tab tak', the filler for 2-3 mins after every epi in HD. Only SSK,BV,BI n RR r shown in the filler. They stopped showing MB after the leap. Even Bani has promos nowadays. Only sanskaar n uttran have very few promos along with meiej. In one of his IV's , st once said that the channel is responsible for the promos n not the ph. It looks like the channel is also not interested in this show anymore n they r just running it to fill the time slot till the cricket fever is over.
The makers r also not interested, they have no money to spend. if u see the grand sets n costumes in other serial, MB looks really pathetic. They r just shooting in three sets. rk mansions, sitara studios n the chawl now. The brand name they r talking about is gone for good.
In all this , the whole purpose of the leap is lost.
It is very sad to see what was once a jewel in their crown is crushed to this extent that nobody is interested in the crown anymore.
