Madhu promptly closed the door of her green room and threw herself on the nearby couch and cried her heart out. "Why you always do this to me, Sameer? Why?" All she could speak was this question in between her sobs. Trishna hurriedly barged into the room and got shocked to see her condition. "Madhu!" She ran towards her worriedly. "Hey! Madhu! What happened yaar? C'mon, get up first!! Look at me baby!!" Her heart went out on seeing Madhu's condition. She slowly made her sit properly and cupped her face with all her affection, "Madhu! What happened baby? Why are you crying so much? Tell me!!" Till then, Madhu's makeup slide down through her tears, leaving the wiped marks behind them. "Sam... Sameer!" Madhu was inhaling convulsively with weeping and she hugged her tightly and cried again. Trishna understood everything without any other word. "Did he nag at you again?" Madhu just cried more loudly in reply. Trishna held her more tightly in comfort, "That ba****d!! I'll not spare him today!!" And she was about to get up to literally kill him when Madhu caught her hand with pleading eyes. Trishna sighed in disappointment, seeing her eyes. "Why Madhu? Why you always do this?" "Because... I love him!!" Madhu replied in between her sniffed sobs. "Love? That ba****d don't deserve your serene love, Madhubala!" Trishna spoke outrageously. "Please Trishu! Don't call him that!!" "Why? Why shouldn't I? He is no more than that!! And I don't understand one thing Madhu, why you love him so much when he doesn't give a damn to it!!" Trishna was burning in anger and disgust to him. "He is just a little possessive about me, Trishu!!" Madhu tried to excuse for him. "Really? You call that little possessiveness, Madhu!! NO!! He is not possessive... He is mad!! He is actually a psycho!! Oh god! My dictionary falls short for that obsessive domineering psycho!! He tries to rule over you all the time Madhu and you call it his mere possessiveness!! Why you always try to conceal his mistakes??" Trishna was shouting furiously. "Because I love him Trishu!! I really love Sameer!!" Madhu bursted out. "Then why these tears? Why this crying all the time?? If you have already accepted that idiot for your life then why do you cry for his deeds? I know, love hurts a little but your love ONLY hurts... Not gives you any happiness!! I just can't get this fact that why you are trying to trap yourself in his vicious web forever, Madhu?" Madhu lowered her eyes because she also didn't have any answer to this question. Trishna was actually right- her love has always only hurt her, troubled her not soothed!! But she didn't have any answer to this "WHY?" Trishna kneeled down near her, "Madhu, that man doesn't deserve you at all! I have always tried to make you understand it but you deliberately deny to accept this fact that HE DOESN"T LOVE YOU AT ALL!! All these days, he kept a tab on you, just to know whether you are with someone else or not!! He doesn't trust you at all Madhu!! I didn't say anything till now just because you were happy but this is not happiness Madhu! You deserve a man, who understands the meaning of LOVE! Leave that Sameer! Please Madhu!!" Trishna was trying her best to convince her. "NO! I love him, Trishu! I know, he becomes unpredictable at times but still... my love is enough for both of us!!" "Madhu you are..." Trishna again tried to persuade her when one of their colleagues came inside hearing the loud noise, "Hey guys! Is everything alright?" "Yeah... We... We are fine!! Thanks! C'mon Madhu, let's go back home!!" And both of them got up to change.

In the evening at their PG room, though Madhu had stopped crying but she was mum, still in her deep thoughts. Trishna thought to give her some time so that she could come out of her ache by herself. Madhu was quietly lying on the bed when her phone buzzed. It was Sameer. Trishna picked up the phone in disgust, "What?" "Who is this?" Sameer asked curiously. "Who do you expect it to be, Sameer?" Trishna replied furiously. "Ahhh... Trishu!! I thought..." "You thought that...??" "Ammm... nothing!! By the way, where is Madhu? Is she ready?" Before Trishna could reply, Madhu came out of her trance and saw her fuming at somebody on the phone. "Who is it Trishu?" Trishna kept the phone on speaker in reply and rolled her eyes. "Are you there Trishu? Tell me, is Madhu ready?" Sameer asked again. "NO! She is not ready and won't be!!" She replied offensively. "What? But why? What has happened to her?" Sameer asked as if everything was normal from his side. "Oh really!! You don't know anything Sameer Malhotra!! You hurt her everytime... You pinch her innocent soul with your behaviour and still you want her to stay happy go lucky!! What a man you are!!" He was getting on her nerves. Madhu tried to calm her down but she simply ignored her. "But what did I do? Madhu... are you there? I know, you are there. Talk to me sweetheart! Please!" His words again started to melt her heart and dried tears. Her eyes got moistened with his words. "I am here!" She replied in a choking tone. Somewhere, deep down in her heart she was happy that her Sameer was restless to talk to her. Trishna stared at her disgustfully and shook her head in disappointment. "Madhu! Honestly, I don't remember what have I done but whatever it is, I am sorry Madhu! Please!" "Mr Sameer Malhotra! Don't try to be so innocent!! Nobody present here is a kid!! And..." Trishna was about to let out all her anger on him when Madhu interrupted, "I forgive you Sameer!" Trishna looked at her stunned. Madhu ignored her deathly glare and continued, "But promise me! You won't hurt me again!! OK!" "I promise darling! Never! Now, get ready and come down fast! I am waiting outside! We are going for a date!!" He spoke so lovingly that it urged Madhu to run away and hug him at the moment. She happily wiped her wet eyes and spoke with a smile, "I am coming!" Trishna immediately hanged up in disgust. "What is this Madhu? You forgave him so easily?" "He loves me too Trishu! I told you no, he is not bad... just a little short tempered! That is why he nagged at me then!!" Madhu again excused. "And for what? Did you ask him your mistake? NO! Just forgave him like anything!! You are too much Madhubala!!" And she looked away in repugnance. Madhu hugged her lovingly and spoke softly, "I am happy Trishu! We both love each other!! Trust me!" Trishna hugged her back in reply. "Only your happiness matters to me Madhu!! If you are happy, I am happy too! But please, don't let him rule over you like this always!!" Madhu nodded in agreement.

They went to Red Orchid restaurant for their date. Madhu was wearing a red knee length tunic with red ear rings and loose side pony tail. Sameer wore a white T shirt with blue denim. He had ordered a sea view terrace table for both of them. They would have a perfect landscape view from there. "I am so happy that you forgave me, Madhu! Thank you!" Sameer thanked during their dinner. Madhu caught his palm firmly in reply. After their dinner, "What would you like to have? Red wine or simple cold drink!" "You know my choice Sameer! Cold drink!" She smiled. He kissed her hand and went to bring it. Madhu was all the more happy for the evening. Sameer was pampering her the whole evening. This was the Sameer she had always wanted to be with. It was indeed a blissful night for her. She was in her stupor when Sameer's cell phone beeped. He had left his phone on the table. Madhu lazily picked it up to see whose message it was. "Hey Handsome!! My uncle is not at home!! So, can we have our private time tonight, Darling!! Come soon!!" It read. Madhu got numbed to read that. The phone slowly slid down through her hand on the table and so was her tears... of another heart ache!!
