Madhu has always made him feel that she did this big sacrifice for him, then why can't he say that he's making a sacrifice for her? he can say na "this is not what I want, but for your happiness , I adjust "

Here we are hoping to see Madhu in the hospital or at least RK realizing that he almost lost Madhu and his baby, so some caring se bhare scenes and what is this? 😲🤢

your expectations are your problem MM 😆 ST and his team never promised us...

the way paralysis was wrapped up in 2 weeks, 3 weeks shooting was finished off in 1 day, may be the post production and release happened the very next day , after their last shot...with this speed, RK will get jealous on the day of success party, Madhu will have a miscarriage the next day, RM will separate the next day and I have full faith in CV's, they will be back with each other in the next 2 weeks...in these 2 weeks, we may see that Madhu decides to take on RK, sign some movies, she does 2-3 movies , RK tries to put her down, they have itsy bitsy fights and by the end of Dec., the gr8 union...next month u never know Madhu may again be pregnant and the end ! 😆

And count me in about the lack of upset.😊 Just disappointed about the bungled opportunity to show one whole 'filming'.
But the new tracks have got good intros in this and previous tracks (new supporting characters with convoluted personal stories, and outdoors location to mark the new track's start), and then floundered on inadequate TRP.
This time, the 'choreo' left with no scope for the promised 'inspirational amputee' role, and I don't remember the last time I saw the 'cameraman'.😕
Anyway, DVD look good together, and the offscreen segments are fun to watch.😳

Thanx 4 clearing my doubt again leela 😆😛 what i feel the show lacks good supporting cast nd parallel tracks big time they are just relying on DVD 4 popularity nd 2 run any track in the show they r just depending on Rk's character's flexiblity otherwise all other characters mainly Mb r highly underdeveloped nd one dimensional 😆

Nia, DVD popularity and great dialogues are the one thing that once it started, even the excellent supporting actors could never substitute for much.😆😃 The leads are too damn good not to be missed when they aren't on screen.😳 Even saas-bahu scenes never matched to the level in this series - almost, but not quite.😕
Actually, if the couple are extremely popular, then the proven way of getting excellent TRP is to keep them both in focus of each track, but with lengthy songs playing in the background while they each stay in place looking at each other or thinking of each other, or their remembering fond flashbacks of togetherness.😕😆😳 Popular eyecandy filling out the screentime with visually and acoustically pleasing stuff that a lot of audience like to watch.😳 Ensures less new shoots and talk-interactions needed, and totally great TRP with less expense and less effort.😆
Ekta Kapoor originally had several fitting lyricized short songs for leads and supporting characters, but then later it just became a few signature songs for main characters in each series.
This series spends too much time trying to fill space with supporting characters instead, and that doesn't match the TRP-draw of the lead-couple, not even the saas-bahu or vamp scenes though those did fine earlier.😕
The CVs have a goldmine in the lead couple here, and we're not getting 3+ TRP when we should be getting it regularly.
They should have done that as filler for a few weeks, got TRP to 3+, and *then* started on the stardom track with better scope for spending with that TRP range.
If the couple is extremely popular, then couple-conflict gets less mass-audience viewership increase than unconflicted united couple whose understanding reveals depth of love rather than big talk.😳 The latter has reassuringly great TRP, and more variety of shoots and sets.😃
But in MEIEJ, it's all about the clobberingly hurtfully depressing take on every possibility - and they still don't understand how they have managed to keep the series floating around back and forth in the inadequately mediocre 2+ range and having to modify tracks every week.

@bold - 😲😲🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Seriously you are right...Madhu has always had a tendency to take decisions for both of them singularly...she expects or forces RK to include her in his decisions, even if she doesnt understand them...but she never returns the favour.

But here RK seems to be talking of a hisaab barabaar kinda thing...u save my reputation...i let u keep your baby...whatever...
My new battle cry : " Murder Murder Murder ! " 🤣

Just based on WU of today's episode, this is what comes to my mind. This is not the review of today's episode but again my imagination at work. 😆

Boy, this guy is so sure that film is gonna bomb, not going to run more than 1 week. Imagine the blow to his "expert" opinion when the film actually becomes a superhit. Phir se ego ki waat lag gayi. Bichari Madhu. Film chale to bhi problem, na chale toh bhi problem.

Why are RK and Bittuji worried about films promotion at all? Actually this film's publicity is done before and while the film was being made. RK's PH ban, Madhu's selection as his heroine (the event that press covered), him getting paralyzed, his failed attempt to act again on the set covered widely by the media and lastly the fire on the set and his miraculous recovery is all covered in detail by media. What other additional publicity is needed for this film? 😕

Public is gonna come out of sheer curiousity to see the outcome of all these above events already well publicized by the media and the bonus that they are gonna find is the beautiful georgeous leading lady who is gonna blow their socks away by her acting prowess.

Man, this is going to boomerang on RK big time. People are going to come in hoards to see this mystery woman, who thay are denied a chance to get to know before the film. I wonder if this is a game plan by RK or rather a gamble by him which is going to pay off unexpectedly and chappar phad kar success is going to come crashing down at Madhu's feet and in the process blow RK away.

Public is going to stretch its hands and bring Madhu into spotlight and thus the overnight sensation may be born.

If the film becomes superhit, that will be CVs way of torpedoing the prophecy and the outcome will be that Madhu is not only lucky for RK but so is the baby. Even before it is born, it bestowed riches and luck on his father. Of course the said father will never see it that way. He will somehow see this as Madhu's betrayal towards him thinking that Madhu is having the last laugh in this situation.😕🤢

MM, for the prophecy to be torpedoed, the CVs would have to avoid the angle of 'RK overshadowed in the movie he staked his house and money to make for the main purpose of securing and proving his stardom'.
If they do that, and show RK and Madhu both getting appreciated for the film, then how will they show some depressing conflict and bizarre jealousy?
Whether RK loses his money *and* his superstar-position, or loses only his superstar-position by being overshadowed by his wife, his magnificent streak of every variety of disaster possible (kudos to the CVs) now further added to will make that guruji proudly say "I told you so."
The whole overshadowing idea is negative and unnecessary, as if the writers are determined to let nothing good in this story be untainted.
A male star can be a star for a 30-year stretch into his 50s. A female star needs to get along with a heck of a lot of people to be in the reckoning for even half that duration.
And with Mehul's enthusiastic 'superstar RK is back' at the last shoot, they have glossed over Mehul's insistence on the heroine-centric film idea, leaving Madhu holding the gun as the person who advised RK to risk his money on a story that would not serve.
He was stupid enough to waste his money on a story guaranteed from the very start to downgrade his career, while being a husband whose acquiescence or lack thereof - be it about the film or the pregnancy - is far too convenient to the track's requirements.
So if he now is equally unreasonable in his attitude to her, it's just going to be a case of 'too damn late'.
If only he had refused her advice sooner and stuck with his first decision of not hiring Mehul Chopra, he would have safely retired with his hard-earned fortune unrisked and his stardom legacy safe.
He would have been a former superstar, his wealth unrisked on a transparently backfiring venture, and the ban would no longer have mattered.
He took advice he should have had the basic sense not to, and became a supporting actor at his own expense, to benefit the director and heroine who had not even been decided.
And when the director used his paralysis as the reason to get him sidelined in the remaining 40% of the film, he didn't even insist the story be worked around.
He has had very convenient reactions throughout - be it to his film, his role, his child -, but which have unfortunately for the CVs clunk-run received an inconvenient lack of mass-appreciation and sympathy-TRP contrary to the CVs hopes.
They chose to package the heroine track not positively to showcase Madhu's debut gloriously as a glad thing but rather with a depressingly defeatist tilted base of ludicrous majbooris, that too for a track that already has its entire interested viewership already in place and not the potential of getting several crores of mass-audience to get interested and therefore only the minimal expenditure on the 'film' sets and scenes, whereas there were multiple outdoor shoots for the nivaaran scenes because those had at least the slight chance of increasing viewership.
We have a couple that has provenly managed that together and in-character, they can get 3+ TRP month after month even with comparatively boring tracks.
If the CVs had bothered to remember that, and used that couple in-character without a boatload of increasing majbooris that were so unbelievable that they evoked no concern, we could have got 3+ again, and more logistical backing for this 'filming' so that the entire film wouldn't have got wrapped on a more meagre scale than proportionately comparative RK's individual film-shoots in the past.
You were right, the way this 'film' has been done, any future 'films' we may similarly just hear of the starting, ongoing and completion of with probably not even a scene of an actual shoot.
That is the downside of a high-budget show with popular and deservedly highly-paid leads in a track that has only niche attraction, if the writers won't take the mass-audience into account enough to get the TRP safe.
If they stop experimenting and keep it positive, they may stop demotivating mass-audience with the promise of conflict and depression which is fun the first time, endured the second time, and listless inadequately-mediocre-TRP-getting from the third time onward.
The couple together united as the backdrop, and the focus on the equivalent non-competitive stardom of both. Any very popular non-conflicting couple who unitedly face external odds invariably manage minimum of 3+ TRP. And that TRP could get us an actual 'film' track for a few months, rather than what they just zipped through as the mere excuse for couple-fighting. All that is hope, and in the category of 'wishes were horses' and 'castles in the sand'. The CVs will manage the least positive take, have full faith in them.

agree with Leela here MM..

agree with you too...he is so sure tht the movie will bomb and he will have to eat up his words...the first hit to his ego..

next will be tht without any promotions and with so much negative publicity, the movie was a success, NOT bec. of RK but bec. of Madhubala...

here, we dunno whether the movie will be a commercial success or it will just recover its money and MB is flooded with offers bec. of her acting...if it's a commercial success and RK earns potloads of money, even tht will be unacceptable to him bec. ppl. will say "biwi ki kamai kha raha hai"

RK will be written off by the media and industry bec. he agreed to play second fiddle to a new heroine and his popularity didn't pull the audience but Madhu's acting...

post release, the issues will be totally different...
