Rishab was pacing from one end to the other end, he self thought " Pls madhu, don't do this to me, i was already left without anyone, and now i cannot leave you" Everything around him scared him to hell, he was outside madhu's room waiting for the military doctor to come out and inform
about madhu's condition.
Sometime ago (FLASHBACK)
Rishab said "I tried to control myself, so i shifted with one of my colleague to watch out the border to avoid you, but then i can't"and he continued " When i saw deepali, talking to you on phone, on that day, i clearly understood that what i want " She raised her head in confusion " I want you , to
feel for me, to love me, to care me, to laugh with me, to cry for me,and for everything in this world" He turned towards her and asked " Will you?" and opened his arms for her.First he found madhu's lips curled to smile, suddenly she shouted " No!!! Rishab" and he was more confused and the next moment she stood up and held something by her hand and shouted in pain. Then rishab turned and found the happenning . Aarif(he was one among the soldiers who helped madhu in giving medicine to those who are injured) was standing behind rishab holding a knife, and madhu protesting him to move, and blood started to shed from madhu's hand, rishab held her and tried to move her aside, when aarif took the knife from her hand and stabbed, and it was stabbed on madhu's chest, she came before eishab shiedling him,and hearing this sound, soldiers from other room and form other floor rushed in. Rishab got the shock of his life, his madhu, his life, his love, his everything wounded and lying before him, then he kicked aarif hardly by his leg, before he raise his arm to get the knife.All the soldiers helped rishab to take madhu back to her room and they informed the military doctor, and some of them got hold of aarif and tied his hand at back, and snatched the cyanide from him and took him to a separate room.
End of flashback
Rishab had seen people shedding blood in front of him , and he have even seen his own blood, but none has affected him to the core like this. He now clearly understood he can't live without madhu. That is when the doctor came out, and rishab rushed to him to make sure his madhu is out of danger.The doctor replied that " She is out of danger, but she need complete rest, and i advice you to send her back to home, and give her a break for minimum 2 months and she'll be feeling better," and the doctor moved, but he turned back and said " Better ask some female colleague to stay with her until she is sent back to her home" Rishab raised her eyebrows questioningly and the doctor replied back " The knife had been stabbed just above her heart, if it had been a inch below, she would not be with us now and her dressing has to be completely checked for every half an hour, so if blood comes out, immediately inform me"saying this the doctor exited. And rishab entered into her room and found his angel lying peacefully on the bed.
Rishab marched towards the room where aarif was kept and he was surrounded by all higher officials, he entered the room and caught him by his throat, and he turned towards his senior and told " I need to take up this investigation" but he got back the reply " Since he was injured, and was in rest, he'll not be able to handle him alone" but none of them understood that his blood boiling in such a state, that he want to get rid of those whom were responsible for making his madhu shed blood. Finally after discussion, rishab was allowed to handle the case with assistance from karna and deepali. And finally rishab started his investigation with aarif in presence of karan and deepali.
Even after two hours of investigation, they were not able to get any proper information from aarif, then rishab decided to take the matter into his hands, and he asked karan and deepali to stay out of the room for some time.After half an hour time, Rishab came out and handed a video tape to
karan and deepali, and on seeing that both their face were shown with traces of shock, and they handed over the tape at the main office and it had the statement of aarif , how he worked for the opposition team, and how they had laid trap for rishab and what was their final goal. Rishab exited the room with his seniors permission and he headed to madhus' room. He entered her room and found her sitting on the bed with her head on head rest.
He asked the girls who were helping her to move out of the room, and he went and sat near her, he held her hand and called her by name " Madhu" , her eyes looked immediately into hers and she asked " Are you OK, rishab, nothing happen to you na? " Rishab had tears in his eyes, she was ready to sacrifice her own life to save him, and even after such an incident, she worries about him, he places his head on her palm, and cries out " this is enough madhu, this is enough for my lifetime, all my emptiness in my life vanished before your love, it seemed that the reason for my existence is before me" and he cried out.Madhu took her another hand to pat him, adn on this movement, blood started to ooze out, but none of them noticed it. She cupped his face and told " When i heard about the firing that took place in the bordre, my heart seem to be indulged in an unknown pain, i didn't understand that i was worried about you, but i can feel it now" and she hugged him and rishab rested on her neck's crook that is when he found boold oozing out from her chest through the bandages, and he remembered doctor's words.
He immediately rushed to doctor and about the end of the day it was finalized that rishab woudl go along with madhu and drop her at her home and they both were in train now , deepali holding madhu's hand saying " Now you understood the meaning of my words, but actually am not fully right, even rishab must be very lucky to have you" and they all laughed, and train moved. Rishbala waved their hands to karan and deepali. Rishab was very careful to stay away from madhu, as it may hurt her wounds. He mad her lie down and he sat next to her. Both were seeing each other and doesn't know when they slept, adn finally on morning madhu was the first one to wake up, and when she tried to get up, rishab held her hand and helped her to get up, and they had a brief eye-lock, and they were disturbed by hte voice of malik " Madhu, my child, how are you feeling now" Madhu smiled at him and introduced rishab as her senior to malik and the vice-versa.
Padmini fed madhu, while rishab sat on the dining table seeing the love that was showered on madhu, and felt sad, missing the motherly love in his life, that is when madhu fed him, he was shocked and turned to see padminin busy in kitchen and malik was busy in phone. He found it as the right time, and he called them both and told them about their affection, he has not used the term love, since herbout rishba parents may think wrong about her. On listening everything about rishab from him and from madhu, padmini and malik were OK with their decision, but rishab was sure that madhu has to get well first and on their next visit to madhu's place, they will get married, which will be probably after a year's time. Malik and Padmini left the place leaving some space for them, and madhu with a sad face asked him " Will you start by today itself? " Rishab just pampered her head and said " No , i have to leave by tomorrow, as you know, my team wants me very badly " And Madhu replied " Not as bad as me" and they both laughed. And at evening , malik came and said " Madhu as you know today is your chachi's wedding anniversary, they had invited us for dinner, but we have planned not to leave you alone, now, as rishab is with you, we'll go for the party and come back as early as possible.
After Padmini and malik has left, madhu and rishab were chatting for sometime, and madhu showing him, her childhood photos, and then they watched a movie, and in that movied the hero kissed the heroine. Madhu clears her throat and called him " Rishab " and he turned to her as if
nothing had happened and she said " Today you confessed me your love, but something is missing in that" Rishab understood what madhu meant and he lay a hand on her shoulder and said " Madhu, you are not well" but madhu cut him off saying " I never mind about that, today you are with me, and we both are alone and also our marriage is decided , we can't get time like this again" Rishab chuckled seeing his madhu talking like this and he said " OK, what you want now" and madhu asked " How long will you kiss, i mean , without parting" Rishab smirked and asked " Want a demo" Madhu became red in shy and nodded her head, and soon found her lips captured by him and they both kissed each other and finally they part , when they felt out of breathe. Madhu laid her head on his shoulders and she said " This is most special day in my life, i got you, i got my parents permission, and finally i got my first kiss" and they both laughed. After somettime, they both went to have dinner, which Padmini had prepared for them and rishab gave her medicine. Both went to their room, when madhu held his arms and asked him to stay in her room. Rishab
smiled and kissed her forehead and said " Madhu, your parents trust us, we should not do anything that will break their trust." But madhu insisted and they both were on the same bed. Madhu lay on his chest and he pampering her to sleep, and at last, both lost theri patience and madhu first raised her voice" Pls do love to me rishab, am sure you will not hurt me." Rishab jut nodded and started to kiss her form forehead, then eyes, her nose, her lips, her neck and he stopped again seeing her wound on the chest." Madhu continued " It will not hurt me, pls rishab, something insist me that this has to happen today, or my life would be a meaning less one" and she hugged him. and he also gave back her hug.
After two hours, they heard the calling bell sound and they bots startled seeing their positin, all the dress were scattered around the room and both were naked lying on each other. Madhu smiled seeing all this , and rishab panicked " Your parents came back" and they both hurried to get dressed and rishab made her lie down properly and he went back to open the door. Rishab said " Sorry ma, was in some important call, so didn't hear you, and madhu was sleeping after having the pills. Padmini just patted him and said " Its ok" and they left to their room. And after making sure that they will not return back to madhu, rishab entered her room, to find madhu waiting for him. Madhu smiled and asked " What you told them" Rishab replied i felt sad for lying to them, but then he raised his head and said " As its for you, i can do anything readily" and madhu kissed him in his cheek bone, and said " Rishab you are so gentle" Rishab smirked and replied "You will know the real me on our official SR and now madhu, be a good girl and sleep now", but madhu didn't allow him to leave to his room and they both slept together/
On morning, before everyone, gets up, madhu got up from her bed and found rishab missing,she waited for him sometime, and he returned after 20 mins,and replied " He need to go back immediately" the smile on madhu's face vanished and she felt sad.Rishab came by her side and said " even i want to be your side, but you know, as a soldier, we have to keep all our desires aside, when its for our nation" and he promised her "I'll call you back daily" he smiled and madhu understood the situation, and allowed him to leave.
It was 2 days after rishab left her place, but she didn't receive any call, she was so angry with him, when her phone rang, he picked up the call without any interest and the voice on the other side made her forgot everything " Sorry honey, very busy with meetings" She didn;t replied anything,
and started with her sobbings, and he replied " Pls madhu, don't cry, i can face 1000s of men in battle, but not yur crying, it will break me into pieces, pls don't cry for anything in your life, if you want me to be happy, though i may or may not be with you, my arms want to wipe off your tears"
and she replied " You are a nautanki, you forgot about your promise, and now making joke on me" she faked anger, and finally he convinced her saying he'll call her up on every sunday. And this time he followed, and managed to call her on evry sunday atleast for some minutes.
One month later
It was sunday, and madhu was waiting for his call, and he had not yet called up, and padmini asked " Madhu , you talked to rishab?" Madhu nodded a no and padmini continued " What have you decided, you need t tel hima nd decide fast, yo know" Madhu cut her off saying "Ma, he'll not
accept for the other offer, he'll marry me the next instant i say this" And then the phone rang and madhu fled to pick up " Rishab " she said and he replied " Seems you are waiting for my call from morning, it seems" and she replied " Yes, everyday , morning i got up waiting for this sunday to come and you seem less affected" and she laughed, and she continued " I need to tel you onething, but i wanted to tel you in person" she added.
Rishab Said " Pls no suspense, tel me na, or else you should have not started" Madhu said " then you should not blame me for hiding this from you," rishab became more curious and replied " Spill it out madhu" Madhu being madhu " No way, i'll tel you when we meet next" and rishab replied " There is 10 more days for your medical leave to end, and its highly impossible for me to come and meet you,as you know there is some serious threat from the terrorist these days, so you have to say it now" he replied, but madhu finally managed to escape from him saying some excuses and she kept the phone, and here rishab held the phone before him and said " I need to find it out " and he kept the phone.
Next day morning
Madhu reached the army office,and found it to be deserted, she enquired about rishab to the guards there and they replied" From yesterday night there was heavy firing at the border, and as you know, the threat is on Rishab sir life, he was followed by all soldiers" and madhu's head started to spin hearing this, but she need to meet rishab and make sure he is safe,s o she started running towards the place where there was firing as informed by the guards. There was continuous firing sound and madhu ran, and she find a bullet emergin towards her, she doesn;t know what to do, when she felt being pulled away and she find deepali standing there, " Madhu, when did you cam, how are you feelin gnow, and why did you came here, you could have waited in the room, or else you should have come here armed" But madhu cut her off saying " Am fine, but i came to meet rishab, where is he? " and deepali replied " Just now i heard him ordering some of the soldiers to move inside , so you pls stay her, i'll ask him to come and meet you" and saying this deepali vanished from her view. Madhu started to wander in some directions and at last after half an hour, she heard his voice declaring that everything was fine, so all can retire back, as all the enemies had been shot down. Madhu moved near the voice, crossing soldiers, who returning back. She didn't answered to any of their question and she moved towards the source of the voice and there finally he met him.
"Madhu" he called and came near her and hugged her. Madhu hit him slightly on his head and aksed " Why didn't you inform me about the firing yesterday, and also the guards said that there was threat to your life, are you OK" he kept his finger on her lips and said " Madhu, relax, you see,
am fine na, then why didn't you inform me coming here, why did you come alone" and madhu remembered she was about to tel him the secret of their life, and she took his hand and placed it on her stomach and smilingly said " I have not come alone" and rishab understood and he was on cloud nine, and he asked "Really, have you checked with doctor, why did you come here, you need to rest madhu" and he hugged her.Madhu hugged him back.
And then came the sound "Thud" which shaked their life to the core.To know what it was, wait til the next update. HA, ha, don't curse me for stopping here, next part will be surely the final part.I thought to finish it by this part, but it was too big to type you know.
