Before Sultan came, before the Prem Game and sometime after RK's shooting, the CV's tried this Saas-Bahu storyline on us.

At the time, majority of fans were not impressed (as per this message board) and in fact, RK even had lots of dialogues where he snubbed the whole saas-bahu storyline.

So why are the CV's doing this again?

The main reason I started watching MEIEJ (besides for Drashti and Vivian of course) was because this show was not going to be a stereotypical show about a saas and a mistreated bahu.

And now we are stuck with Bhabo, a woman with old fashioned values who never dares to see someone else's point of view.

But I also find her to be a hypocrite. One set of rules for RK and another set for Madhu.

What is the purpose to go this way with the story? Why do we have to see Madhu jump through hoops to make Bhabo happy? She has already proven herself to be "good enough" for RK to everyone. And you know Madhu will never tell RK about this! She will suffer quietly and take any humiliation thrown at her through Bhabo or Dips (u know she will find a way into this!)

When I heard this actress (Bhabo) was coming to the show I saw her image to be a fashionable and modern woman and instead it was the complete opposite.

Too bad. I hope the CV's change their minds and go a different route.

I want to see our Madhu, not one of the many suffering nameless bahu's that come and go...

The cvs enjoy the girl being dominated by a bunch of hypocrites that I find in Madhubala . Like which era are we living that for a certain decision we need a Mahabharat originated character to give certificate ! *hypocrite* she is* word* one set of rules for a man and another set of expectations for a woman as if her identity is just being his better off ... sick 🤢 👎🏼

I LOVED your line: we need a Mahabharat originated character to give certificate. 👏

Also I acknowledge that Madhu herself has chosen to be RK's wife only instead of having a 'separate' identity. Madhu's world revolves around RK and his needs and I can accept this because it is her choice!

But Bhabo has no right to mold Madhu in her views of the perfect wife. And Bhabo's views are completely different than RK's. Let's face facts: RK loves his junglee billi!

That was why I was hoping Bhabo would be different. We already have one saas, Radha. It would have been different to see a hip, 'fashionista' character instead.

Something different!

"Her Choice" is again a glitch for that I really am mad at cvs . But no point in getting there just the thing that its difficult being a girl to accept certain things the MB cvs have showed that starting men getting away with almost everything albeit sin of sorts to lame excuse in the name of women trying to dominate another girl .

I many times thought to shove some brains in their rotten minds

agree with u 100%...but this character has been introduced to increase the appeal of the show to that generation of viewers who enjoy kitchen politics drama...our show is in dire need of good TRPs at this moment and Pabo's dark age thinking/acts may contribute to it in a positive manner...or so the CVs think 🥱...so lets just tolerate her for the time being and hope our show picks up soon
