One thing that Sultan cannot be blamed for is falling in love with MB. Her behaviour was so ridiculous - it almost looked as if she was giving him an open invitation.

Even after she forgave RK, at times when felt like asking - whose wife is she? RK's or Sultan's?Inspite of being a female - I could'nt help wondering why doesn't RK take her to task properly or simply kick her out of the house.

In fact at the root of audience's disgust for Sultan is this behaviour of MB. If they had simply shown a gangster lusting after MB that would not have been such a big problem. Sultan's performance was also an issue but MB's actions contributed greatly to it. The entire disgust for Sultan stemmed out of MB's acts.

If Kuku is making a comeback to the show, is it possible that he has a hand in bringing Sultan? In last year's episodes, he was the one to initiate Sultan talk and since that failed, he produced Sultan in person and remained MIA during his presence, so as to not be a suspect.

If true, Sikki's actions and reactions make sense. He stayed on the scene and reported everything to Kukku. In a few scenes, it felt he was keeping an eye on Dips and let her proceed in the direction bcoz it alligned with the end result father-son duo are seeking.

You brought a very interesting point... I feel, he has hand n maligning Mohan Kundra's name and hurting RK using Sultan 😕.. The entire meera-mohan fiasco may turn out to be false 😛 you never know

Zarina Wahab will return to the small screen with Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. She spoke about her role of a tragic mother

Zarina Wahab was away from the small screen for about three years. She last appeared in Rajshri Production's Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli. Wahab got busy with three Bollywood films, and therefore could not accept TV projects. Now she will appear as Sultan's (Avinesh Rekhi) mother on Colors' Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. "I play Meera, who has a tragic background and is mentally unstable. She suffered a lot after separating from her child, and was living in an asylum. The character is high on emotions and will bring a new twist to the story. It is challenging to play such roles. They present a chance to push one's limits," shared Wahab.

She said there always were offers from the small screen but she wanted something different. "Most were as mothers. It is difficult to find variety in the same category. That is why I keep doing films. I keep looking for performance-oriented roles," said Zarina, who will share screen space with Raza Murad. They worked earlier on films like Toofan and Ek Aur Ek Gyarah.

The actress has reportedly been staying away from giving interviews, since she is being questioned about her son, Suraj Pancholi's involvement in Ziah Khan's suicide. Suraj was arrested late on Monday under Section 306, for abetting a suicide.

Zarina had earlier commented, "Suraj hasn't done anything that could harm his career. I feel really bad for Jiah's family. But if someone finds it difficult to handle situations in life and decides to end it all, whose fault is it? There must have been reasons for her taking such a step. But I don't want to get into details."

Good one, Anita. I remember this article and thought it was a mistake by the journo. Maybe, just maybe..

I must add, I'm wary of getting excited about any track. 😡

Soundarya, lets wait and watch. If KB is indeed coming back in the show, the next track might close some loopholes for viewers such as why Sultan turned obsessive overnight, Shivdutt Marathe having details about RK that outsiders won't know and Sikki turning a complete joker compared to last year when he had seemed evil stealing RK's childhood pics. The new track might redeem Dips if she is going to help RK this time around! It will be interesting to see which way she goes.

Me too. The income tax raid, Kuku, Kuku-Meera connection, all this could turn out to be interesting, IF and thats a big IF they execute well. Lately, things have been fairly pathetic... but maybe the CVs will find their mojo again...

@bold - Anita, Dips redemption is all well and good, but what about Madhu's redemption?😆
