I agree, I have rarely seen Navneet play a positive character. However I cannot see what she will add to the show unless the idea is for her to catch Dips and tell RK some positive home truths about his parents/father (positive character) or for her to play mole in the house once we say tata - goodbye to Dips temporarily(negative role).

She might also be one to encourage Madhu to enter industry for whatever reason.

Is she a permanent character or a cameo? It has been implied that Radha belonged to a very rich family but was it ever mentioned if that family was also related to Bollywood ?
