The MB DT... Lets play FAIR??? Shall We?

Hey everyone,

making such threads by pressuring the DT to get freedom to do whatever everyone want will not work out here. Sultan AT were closed down after many repetitive warnings and individual warnings so you were given enough chances yet our warnings were ignored. This is not the first time DT has taken this decision and everyone were aware of that, as in the past, other ATs/hubs were closed down as well for the same reason! People spend too much time finding other people to blame, too much energy finding excuses but there is no single soul to accept their own fault. Instead of trying to find a scapegoat and put the blame on, try to find the real root cause of a problem! The first step in solving any problem is recognizing there is one. When you blame others, you give up your power to change. When you blame others, you give up your power and responsibility in a situation.

Don't all the members (that is you fans and members) have some responsibility here as well? If you require a peaceful forum (which is also DTs aim) then the members should also cooperate and contribute to this by taking up their responsibilities. It goes both ways. You cannot expect us to work 24/7 and issue out warnings. If everyone simply followed the rules, we wouldn't face this situation at all to begin with! Members are complaining about certain posts being locked, but did anyone care to follow the rules?

Everyone is aware of the rules yet breach the rules and when the mods takes action, they are being called biased, fan girls and what not. We are not biased toward anyone and personal preference has no relevance in moderation! Whenever there is any bashing or instigatory post members jump into it even after knowing it will aggravate matter more only lead to arguments/fights and nothing else. So whose fault is that? Ours or yours?

About the screen shots, the DTs can also find equal amount of threads were members of Sultan AT has breach the rules and present it for everyone but will that be any solution? Not at all so kindly refrain from posting screen shots and "threaten" the DTs to take action. We are working out to find a solution about the name calling so please have some patience. I do understand some of you are frustrated but blame game is not the solution. Action has been taken toward both sides so there is no room for being biased or favoring one side here!

Any post targeting the DTs will be trashed. If you have any issues, PM the DT and if you do not get any reply, try other DTs and higher DTs (CM, GM and admins)!
