There should be some connect between character and audiences...that is missing with Sultan
May be AR needs to work more to connect with audiences...

and about attraction you are right because you cannot attract viewers with a same single expression on your face.

Agree since his entry in the show his acting skills have nt improved at all even today dipali totaly rocked as a vamp bt av is a big disappointment...i dnt knw but its high cvs realise this coz av rly fails to impress

Naina - constructive criticism shouldn't be taken too personal. Some like the actor and some dislike but its all about how we gets the message across. Hateful criticism and bashing will not be accepted. With constructive criticism, we want someone to grow and improve while with negative criticism we want to be right and prove others to be wrong.

However I disagree with the main post. Avinesh has improved a lot lately and the last few episodes has been good due to his acting. He suits negative roles and emotes well expressions like anger/obsession. His confrontations scenes with DD and VD are good and we should appreciate it.

I think many fails to connect with AR because of the hatred toward the character Sultan. Sultan was supposd to be the antagonist but he was shown positively and now totally negative hence its hard to accept.

@aahana:his character was so predictable, a guy enters the show rough and tough he hates everyone around him all of a sudden a girl changes his life but the girl is in love with someone else and he end up falling in love with her too and wants her at any cost,that was the whole story set up on a gangster and the way it was shape up was totally disgusting and in addition the actor is not doing any effort to make a very predictable character into an unpredictable one,with same expression and even in last few episodes when he got sarcastic there was no depth in the dialogue delivery nor any kind of energy.

exactly we dont feel pain in pain or happiness in happiness, or even feel bad for him in his hard times,like I said there was nothing unpredictable from day one.

I think AR acts better than VD...I wish to see one good expression on VDs face..

AR should learn some acting from SM..she also plays a negative role but what grace,what expressions..but as Sultan AR just fails to connect with the audience...never watched his other show and now I know why it was a big flop..LOL
