Seriously CVs - what are you drinking???? If you had to show that madhu is supporting sultan, then why these backhand tactics. Make her go and tell RK and declare openly to him that I m with Meera & Sultan. When RK is around, enjoying a normal married life with him and when he is not around, going against him behind his back and supporting his enemy! 🤢 Why this two-faced behavior? Why are you hellbent on destroying madhu here? If you want her to support sultan, then let her have the guts to do it openly! Why this mahaan act in such a sly manner!

Cracks in the Maa-Beti relationship started today. It is only page 2 but you have all expressed it quite clearly about Madhu's actions today, so I don't have anything to add to that.

What I am surprised here is RK's stance. I mean ok, you have the strongest faith in your father and you don't believe in Sultan. But man, why not make some tentative inquiries of your own just in case. I mean he knows this is not over yet. What is he waiting for? I thought he was the Right Kameena who has always thought few steps ahead of everyone else and has few tricks up his sleeves.

Or maybe its all ready to go and we will know it when the right time comes. But then CVs made him oblivious of Madhu's prem game so maybe this time too he needs to adopt ostrich strategy and wait for someone to inform him about what goes on in his own house?

@Bold: My take - she is not channeling Damini...she is channeling dumbness. Damini was one of those movies that had profound influence on me in my late teens...it brought forth the question of right vs wrong on several levels. Damini had ended up being eye-witness to her under-age maid servant's brutal rape by her brother-in-law...her inlaws were trying to keep the matters under wraps by using thier money and citing thier social status while the maid servant bled to death/coma in hospital.

There were so many things that made sense for Damini to fight

1)she was an eye-witness to the whole thing meaning there was no confusion about the truth

2)The maid servant was an under-age and raped brutally ...the worst thing a woman can go through...she was bleeding to death added to the impact.

3)There was no one to fight for her or take care of her

4)The perpetrator was still alive and the crime was very recent. Not punishing him would imply that he could get away with it and he would try the same again.

5)In-laws explanation was a very weak comfort compared to the victim's pain physical and otherwise. They were ready to let her die to save their reputation.

6)Her husband understood what and why she was doing it all...he was privy to entire thing himself including seeing the servant crawl out bleeding (if I remember right)

7)The in-laws actually try hurting Damini when she does not agree to thier demands (if I remember right)

It was like recent Delhi rape case only with an eye-witness.

None of those scenario is present here...there is no one's life at stake...justice in this case is very subjective...Sultan barging in has actually made me less sympathetic to Meera's situation.

@Red: RK thinks that he knows why Sultan is doing this...given what he knows of his father...even suspecting him seems like a betrayal. We still have to see what turns out to be the truth. Rk might have started investigation behind the scenes already.
