Yah, RK knows something is up, his guessed that Madhu did plan a revenge but he convinced her of his love to trust him, and she now is fully committed to him, but he also doesn't trust Padmini and Sultan, he knows they are planning something, so possibly he will return to the house early and find Sultan speaking to Madhu and Sultan will be forced to leave heartbroken when Madhu explains to him.

Do you all think Madhu will be able to confess before marriage?

the Cvs could go either way..if she manages to confess before marriage then I guess they will show RK knowing it beforehand (not the whole plan but maybe an inkling) but if she cannot then maybe they will use it to create MU after marriage..
After all the cute RM romance, I am sure they are going to throw some MU at us..
CVs are sadists
