Drashti Dhami's attitude - Page 12

@TM have u heard the term colloquial language which means casual, everyday language & 'senti' falls in this category & as our country is multi-lingual so these short forms of english r used by us so what's wrong if Drashti uses colloquial english as we all use

I don't know why i think your post is bashing if not Drashti Dhami but us North American. You are making us sound like we r the best and only we can speak cool English.

@Lechocolat cha gayi aap ,one who met DD personally says she is verycool makes the fans feel she know them since long ,fans from mumbai keep visiting her,if she was rude or full of attitude they will not meet her & using senti is no crime here, it's telly interview to her viewers & fans so we have no problem, we got it what she want ti say but i liked this post,it's entertainig carry on guys main word

I'm not a regular viewer of this show but have come across some of Drashti's offscreen interviews. Honestly, she has this attitude, like I'm too cool for everybody. Please, knock it off. The way she speaks in English, maybe because it's not her first language, I don't know, it sounds rude. The same can be said about Sanaya Irani at times. Although, I loved her as Khushi. But yeah, back to the topic, she needs to can the attitude and stop using informal words during interviews. It sounds very unprofessional. This is coming from a person whose first language is English.

To all those Indians who use the word "senti"...it's sentimental and no one here in North America calls it "senti". We say, sentimental.

well well well if it isnt Shakespeare himself!!! Seriously??Like you actually took the pain to make a post criticizing Drashti's English?? Like for real?Well for starters, stop watching her interviews if her english irks you that much..and i can't really figure out what you wanted to achieve by making this post..so here's a piece of advice take your stupid post and your free english lessons and shove it down someone else's throat cuz we are genuinely not interested..

Also English is spoken world wide and each country has their own slang which they use.

As for DD- please she is one of the most genuine, friendly and funny person when she is giving interviews. She does not come across as a person with "attitude". so refrain for making this type of comment on her.
