Lovely post. I agree completely. The couple we saw today will never be able to live with each other, nor without each other. They are COMPLICATED and that makes their story INTRIGUING.

I never thought this was a typical love story.
Having been set on the film industry itself showed that this was going in a different direction. That was attracted me to it in the fist place.
Then having brought R.K. as a Super star with attitude was another clue that this character and his delivery of his dialogues was filmy and outside of norm.
WE the viewers have put the moniker of them being eternally in love etc etc.
Some still aspire for them being together no matter how R.K. behaves or how MB reacts.
When the CV's have gone to great length to build the so called romance and then call the whole thing fake was another way to tell us this is not your typical love story.
Expecting R.K. to be typical goes against his persona and expecting MB to go against her nature would not be fair.
So it is not going to surprise me if this ends in Tragedy or MB moves on to save her sanity.
To show a main lead with dementia and bring in a gangster tells us expect the "Unexpected"

very nice post..totally agree wid u..RK is indeed d other name 4 junoon n a larger dan life person..i do feel like he will nvr opologize like d goody goody heros..he is not like dem..actually he is not of dis world..but he can give his life 4 his love if time comes..dat is his way..

its his darkness which makes dis show n dis lovestory so different n intriguing..

To be honest i dont want rk to redeem or turn into a good boy. He is the only reason which keeps me on edge of my seat n make me watch this show. Especially his dialogues. Dont want him to be like naitik uncle or ahem dikra. I dont watch this show for any love story or jodi or actors. I simply watch it for entertainment n thats what the character of rk delievers entertainment

agree agree rk and madhu are not those other type of couple we see in other shows. they are totally different from others and that's why i adore them so much. RK is rk he does not believe in sorry or thank you. for him those word does not exist but that does not mean he is not hurt or in pain he is and we have seen that and madhu she still loves him despite all that but she is still hurt by him. they are soulmate yet they can never be together is what the show about. rk will never bow down to anyone that is not his style and madhu won't forgive him yet love him. such a dark love story that is filled with pain and agony for each other, they are aag and they burn for each other. i really don't rk to be like other puppy lover he is an extreme character so let him be like that, i like him being batamzie and junoon. madhu is ishq and rk is junoon both combine makes Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. if people are waiting for rk to say sorry and cry a bucket forget it that will never happen like rk said the proposing scene is over now it's different thing.

Thanks to everyone for replying.

RK is indeed a different character & I hope he stays that way. Redemption & turning into a good guy/husband will make him a typical hero. So viewers should stop cribbing about his redemption. It just shows that they haven't even understood RK's character.
