Kosher foods are those that conform to the regulations of kashrut (Jewish dietary law). This includes separating uncooked meat and veggies into different parts of the kitchen (I think).

I have very little idea about Jewish culture..so that made an interesting read..

well, one of my lovely & innocent readers was scarred for life searching what I meant so...better late than never for the rest the poor souls
