Hey.. you wrote everything quite boldly!👍🏼

My arguments for your reasons!

1. There is this intense morbid child with immense creative aptitude. His parents adore him and feed his ego constantly...he has a tendency of getting fixated abnormally on his relationships and take each rejection very hard. Basically in his mind everything in his world revolves around him and he controls every aspect of it. He is more close to his father than his mother.

2.He becomes witness to his father's suicide and his world and perception of himself starts unravel. Something in him becomes twisted. Her mother unable to deal with his intensity and demands and so tries to provide him with a father figure. Once again Rk sees this as betrayal, something big has happened that he had no control over and no one cared to ask for his opinion. Unfortunately Kukuji is unable to deal with him too. RK becomes tantrum prone, He punishes his mom for her supposed betrayal by constantly making her feel guilty. He eventually meets an another twisted soul Dips but she ditches him for material wealth and marries his step brother and then proceeds to try to seduce him. The ugliness in him continues to grow unfettered. He is emotionally bankrupt. He believes in maintaining control over everyone with an iron fist. He is lonely and that lonliness feed into his darkness. However he does not want light in his world ...he revels in his darkness.

3. A stroke of luck makes him a superstar and his excesses are passed off as eccentricities and ego . He plays around with people being charming, cruel and vindictive by turns but no one ever opposes him. Everyone adores him or atleast pretends to adore him.

4. I don't look at RK as complete sociopath but a control freak with narcissistic tendencies who has had his way for too long. He is redeemable but to get there someone needs to shatter him completely and rebuild him from start.

chakku i think the character she was talking about s Prem cause even if Prem did much worse things to Mukti than RK did to Madhu both of the flavours of their character are same , despite the two men being different as characters. :)

you have expressed my impressions of RK exactly...I can't enjoy the "hot scenes" when I think of the whole picture that CV's have painted around him...

ohh but then asr and rk have absolutely no similarity with each other. dono byronic heroes hai toh kya hua? agar ek cheese hai toh doosra chalk hai. no similarity. 😆
