actually water tides take the body to the shore... if it would have been river he would have been drawn but in sea nothing deeps down it throws away and the tides must have thrown him on the shore

Tides have thrown him on the shore and CV told about sultan's where abouts to kaka so that he can bring him home. They cannot take him to hospital because he must be criminal so madhu will remove bullets ,in his house.
