who saved sultan out of water?why not to hospital?

I think he must have swum as he did not fall too far from the shore.

A visit to hospital will involve police also as it is a gun wound. so he has to be treated privately.

See Sultan is a very strong MAn...😆 he was unconscious but still got up and get the lighter from those guys...😆 So Sultan swim himself to shore and fainted... 😆
