It has been shoddy yaar.
They previously also did three eps without RK - just showed him sleeping - for the night Madhu finds out Mallick shot RK and then Mallick is arrested.
But the eps held everyone's attention. Madhu sparkled blazing.
Here she has just been given plotdevice lectures to deliver.
And in recent times, only two times she gets absolutely zingy fanatastic snappy dialogues - the "Zanjeer" one and when she crammed the windscreen-money into RK's hand -, and both times 'mey balveer hu' ka musical version played to distract from the words. Wanted to weep or throw something.
They have brought everything irritating about saas-bahu into MEIEJ without even actually making it saas-bahu.
