It *is* old scenes, Maya. For this latest promo as well as that one.

Presumably they get to maintain suspense element, and also VD wasn't here to shoot the RK part if they wanted to shoot fresh scenes.

So they are using old scenes of RK and Madhu, but the narrative playing in the background is not from those scenes, but rather structured for each promo's current purpose in the track.
