Agree An.. Another aspect that people were mad is because why is she involving a herself with a gangster..Why Madhu is not thinking about her own family and putting them in danger..Initially I saw the episode I was like why Madhu.. But then maybe I need to look form a different perspective..a different angle together.. She was first apprehensive when Kaka wanted to take Aryan along with him , maybe thta's why she followed him//

Madhu is the one who moves the story forward..

Numerous time she has said that, she doesnt have time to mourn on his betrayal and she has moved on but not emotionally.. and as far as Aryan is concerned.. the circumstances in which she met him or the way he is portrayed .. its very difficult for her to not to feel anything for him.. she is protective for the child and not for father and what she is doing for Sultan is just for the sake of humanity.. she did save RK from getting hurt with that arc light when she hated him.. so its not a big deal if she does this surgery on Sultan.
