Thanks Drashti. I hope that scene was shown for two purposes- to make the viewers understand how shaken RK is at the thought of losing Madhu and I hope, for putting an end to Dipali's besharam behaviour. Why else would they show Sikky interrupting them?

Really liked the write-up. Infact the dream was really that impactful for me. All the three characters in the scene and yes the pathos as Uttara put it was really there.

And don't you doubt it. When you feel it, you always bring it out in your writing. For me the dream was the most powerful scene followed by the denouement of his other scene at the studio. Considering his breakdown through his dream, I was alarmingly surprised at the poise he maintained through his exterior when acting his scene with Shraddha. After being dumped by Madhu, after being shown a image of his in the mirror by his mother, and after the dreadful dream, I thought he may not be able to work. But he respectfully maintained his distance with Madhu and shot his scene.

So these two contrasting scenes heightened the drama for me. To me through that dream, I was imagining a RK...who was being bulldozed into a rubble.

I should tell about this post to Preet and Zoya. Going to office now ...I forgot my charger there.

Btw...surprisingly Dips did not affect me even one bit. Ever since RK splashed water on her face, she does not affect me now, as soon the CVs show something happening to Dips. I did not like the hug and that touching, but it was nothing new...Dips is every ready to pounce on him when he is in his weakest state...like the time of him being medicated and she comes and seduces him with "Raat Akeli hai"...he imagines it is Madhu.

What I really want to know...and anyone can explain it to me...Of course he was still in trance. Who was RK actually seeing the woman as ? He was trying to call MAdhu and was not finding the number, so was it really Dips that he was seeing ? Because he did not acknowledge her and yet took her emotional support. He did not even register Sikky. Inspite of all this, I really don't know why I did not go into any convulsions...it was like I knew Dips scene will end just like that...but the dumb expression that I saw on Sikky's face made me feel...Sikky might not even understand even if he sees Dips sleeping besides RK...as in how much dumb Sikky can be. Keeping fingers crossed that Sikky finally grows his brains with this exposure of Dips kalabaazi and dhokebaazi.

@bold: I suspect that was either a clunky plot where the sequence of the events was lost or the CVs want Madhu remembering this shoot scene in future when RK actually repents. After this so convincing love confession scene how will Madhu ever trust he is telling the truth? In the entire film this is the first time, RK ever looks at Shradda's face and talks. In all other scenes, he is looking at Madhu. I wonder how the film would turn out! The producer has already lost his money I think.

@Dipali: She took advantage of RK's weak state of mind. I am intrigued as to why they showed Sikky's entry.. I have high hopes that this might mark the beginning of the end of Dipali's dewar prem. Everyone has been tweeting the CVs to put an end to Dipali-RK, right?
