MB CVs are so different from the rest of the shows since they have made the Saturday episodes so good unlike the others where we usually end up seeing dragging filler type episodes. Today's episode was perfect example where the pace was right and the flow was perfect excpet a few not so noteworthy flaws. Overall, the episode was very good and I felt that my sacrifice to postpone my grocery shopping to watch today's episode was worth it.

Coming to the episode, it started off from where they had left yesterday playing spin the bottle. Madhu purposely pointed the bottle towards RK so she could get him to answer her question. Despite being drunk she still was able to ask the question that we all wanted answer from him. It was a staright forward question and it was so typical of him to give an answer that does n't directly answer the question but still was able to convince Madhu and the viewers with an answer that we all have been eagerly wanting to hear. The question was perfect and his answer to that was just as perfect as the question. Both DD and VD were brilliant in that scene where Madhu asks RK did he lie to her and if so how many? He nods and says just once and that is when he had said that he does not have a heart and puts his hand on the wrong side of his chest. She corrects him by placing his hand where the heart is supposed to be and he makes her listen to his heart beat. It was as simple and cute as that but the statement and the gesture probably answered her question and provided her a semblance of peace that he indeed is a person with a heart and despite his acts and deeds proving him to be heartless she could see that he does love her and the love will always be there is one corner of his heart. At his vulnerable state, he had made her realize that he loves more than he/she could imagine but just not so descriptive and open as a normal person would do when he is in love. This is RK we are talking here and both us and Madhu have to settle for this response which is the best we are going to get. Coming to think of it, this is actually the best confession that we have gotten from him and it did not look filmy or pretentious like his previous love confession but more like what the sensitive Rishabh would do.

Despite wanting to hate him, Madhu would never be able to knowingly hurt him and today we got to see that when he was asking her would she forgive him and come back to him. She said that she would never be able to do that since her trust is broken and cannot trust him anymore to go back to him. But when she turned around and saw him dejected by her response she just couldn't stand there and let him wallow in sadness. Instead she goes on to tell him that he should tightly hug her and make a promise to himself to always listen to his heart. That was such a cute scene where her advise was perfect because she knows that he would always love her from him heart and his brain is what is making him take such drastic, twisted steps. The hug was emotional for the both of them but I felt that Madhu has been waiting to tightly embrace him ever since she has been fighting with her emotions since their breakup. The hug was paasionate and comforting to both of them. For Madhu, it provided her a semblance of peace and she was happy to let that feeling wash over herself and for RK it was the comfort and care that he has been longing and craving for ever since his subconscious mind realized that she is the one person who knows who he really his and can always go back to her. In more than one way, she got a closure to her question that did he ever love her. It was so heartwrenching to see her make a sincere statement when she said that she had so much love for him and was willing to go away with him for good leaving everything and everyone behind but he had ruined it all and now that her trust is broken she can never trust him and go back to living with him. No questions there as she stands absoultely right in making that statement and RK was also acknowleding that when he put his head down. It is all upto him to think through the relationship they had in the past and understand it from a perspective where it should serve as a mirror and give him the opportunity to see and heal his issues, learn his lessons, grow his consciousness and open himself up to love even more. I remember reading somewhere that sometimes a relationship has to end for us to learn the lessons that are most valuable and I feel that this statement makes perfect sense for their relationship status as of right now.

I think the CVs purposely did not show us the part about how RK managed to bring Madhu home to his room. They might show us later during the next week's episodes. Clearly, he was drunk and was not in a position to drive and so I think Bittuji might have helped in getting them both home and on the way must have called Padmini to let her know that Madhu had a late night shift.

It was perfect the way he tucked her in his bed and went on to hold her hand and sleep peacefully. If I remember correctly, I questioned yesterday in my post about RK turning all the lights off when Madhu is scared of being in the dark. It was lovely to see him remember that little fact about her and ask her should he leave one light on and she goes on to say that she is no longer afraid of dark and dozed off. He mumbled something and went off to sleep. There were no pillows between them and Madhu questions him that and he says yep there is no more pillows and they ended up sharing one blanket. That's a huge step up for these two I guess. LOL! Nonetheless, I liked the fact that she remembered their conversation in bits and pieces and not completely but just enough to make her realize that RK is not a total jerk and hopefully would not make her jump to conclusion when she finds out that her coke was adulterated.

Precap clearly tells me that Radha probably saw them both come into the mansion and must have offered some help when he must have clearly told her and everyone else who might have been there that he can take care of himself and his wife. That's how I interpreted her line of questioning to RK in the morning and the sober RK does not look anything like the guy we saw the previous night as he looked more irritated and annoyed with Radha and her questions. My asumption is that they both might pretend that nothing evr happened between them and might not remember much of the heartfelt conversation they had the previous night.

Wow what an episode ! ⭐️☺️

Talli scene continues and now its Madhu's turn to ask Rishabh a question.
I laughed when the bottle stopped pointing some other way and Madhu quickly turned it around so it faces Rishabh ... and he was like this is cheating 🤣
Gosh they are such kids 😆 reminds me of the times when Madhu called RK a kid for not letting her feed food to him though he was struggling after he got discharged from hospital, and when RK called Madhu a kid when she wanted to use the washroom and didn't want RK to accompany her inside post KC night 😆
So Madhu asks Rishabh how many lies he told her .. and he says just one ... that he doesn't have a heart 😭 ... it was such an awe-worthy moment when he placed his hand on wrong side and Madhu took his hand and placed it over his heart ... and he says, see I have a heart ... and he even lets her hear his heartbeat 😳 the kidney line was funny 🤣
She tells him about how they dreamed of being together, growing old together and he just had to ruin everything
Rishabh opened up his feelings yesterday, and today Madhu did the same. Though they swear to be each other's enemy, they only find solace in each other, be it in love or even someone to confess their true feelings to. I mean how often do you go confessing your state of mind to someone who you have sworn hatred for?

Rishabh asks Madhu to come back to him, but she finds it hard to trust him 👏
I'm glad that even in this drunk state Madhu is aware about her feelings and how even then the trust factor is still a problem. It shows the impact of his betrayal on her and to what extent it has affected her. Usually it is believed that you forget all your pain while drunk, but be it in the case of Rishabh and now even Madhu, that pain is inflicted right on their souls. Even that alcohol has minimal effect on that.
However, the love is deeply rooted too. In fact, I would say it's equal to the hatred both share. And that's why even after Madhu telling Rishabh that she can't trust him again, she still turns around and asks him to promise to only listen to his heart, hold her and give a tight wala hug 😳

And the hug, it was beautiful Hard for me to describe 😳😆
I wonder how Rishabh and Madhu got to his mansion, and what happened to his jacket 😲 but I'll wait for Bittuji to give some answers 😆
Madhu tells Rishabh to put her down or else she'll fall, and yet he says he won't make her fall 😳
In a weird way, Rishabh is the only one that would do something that would actually make Madhu lose balance, yet before she falls he'll quickly run behind and catch her.

And now Madhu's not even scared of the dark anymore 😃 Poor Rishabh still seemed curious why and even Madhu didn't have an answer for him 😆

Madhu's reaction the next morning was totally normal 😆 And she only remembers bits and pieces from the previous night. I wonder if she would remember asking Rishabh to give her a tight wala hug ... it would be fun to see her reaction to that (my guilty pleasure 😆)

So the story between Madhu and Rishabh is one filled with love, yet also the capacity to destroy both of them as well. I think that explains why Mere Haath Mein was played at two important scenes.

The first being when both met. That was the starting point, and there was no turning back.
The second time was before the revenge was revealed.

You do have a point dear but are sure about RK not having any psychiatric problems?

I take back what I said about this being a pointless track. While I still don't like that all these have happened while they were intoxicated, but I was fairly surprised today by how this track made me feel in the end. No, it was not an eyeopener for me like it has been for many. But now I realize that the track was not needed for plot advancement. It was for our emotional comfort. And somewhat for RK-Madhu's too.

The first 10mins of today was in continuation from last 5mins of yesterday. RK and Madhu having a heart to heart. And in my opinion, that was genuine. What looked a little offbeat yesterday, was in perfect sync today. RK's honest confessions about how he thought he'd feel and how he actually feels right now was something we're well aware of. Nonetheless, it was heart-wrenching to hear him say it because it made him so vulnerable and helpless. The ego-maniacal man was reduced to tears hearing Madhu say she'll never come back to him or never be able to trust him. Madhu turning back around and asking for a tight hug is what surprised me today. She was always in love. She melting at the sight of his breakdown was expected. But asking to be loved - that startled me.

Not complaining though because this was the hug that every people in this forum have been waiting for. When it happened, I phangurrled for a few minutes too.

Here's what my issues with the track were plotwise. This was a pseudo reconcilement track in disguise. For a few seconds there, RK/Madhu also thought they have reconciled. Hence, Madhu says, "Hum ghar aa gaye?". RK tucks her in and sleeps by her side, like nothing is wrong in the entire world. People usually speak their heart or blurt out the truth when they are drunk, but the bottom line still is, they are not in their senses. This will not count because first, they'll refuse to acknowledge the friendly act when they sober up in the morning, and second, there's a fat chance they both will twist this into drawing a disgusting conclusion. Worse will happen if they don't recall the conversation in its entirety.

But as a bereaved viewer, it was such a pleasure. Confirmation of their genuine love for each other, opening their heart up to one another, RK spreading his arms and taking her into the embrace when she runs upto him and not letting go, lying down by her side without any hesitation and drifting off to sleep with her fingers entwined with his - yeah, that felt like freaking rain in the desert.

Great review! I guess they're giving us a psuedo/temporary/drunken reconciliation so that we know where each one stands in their heart of hearts, and are setting the stage for the new guy's entry.

I hate love triangles😭 I do understand the need for a third person or antagonist to move the story along (Deepali's character is spent, imo), but still, I hate triangles!

@pnars - Why the tears? You yourself said that a new entry is needed to spice up the existing track since CVs have stretched thin the character of Dips. They got rid of Ballu so soon and hence we don't have a formidable antagonist at the moment. Of course, we cannot count Kukkuji and Sikky as anything but clowns. So, think positive it will all be good because this new entry regardless of whether he is portrayed good or bad, the show will always be about RK and Madhu's love story which is exactly what the dialogue writer of the show said in his interview. They love each other way too much to stay separated for long and even if they do they will rush to the other when one finds the other in trouble or is in need. As I said in my post, sometimes a relationship has to end for the people involved to learn the lessons that are most valuable. This especially holds true for RK who as Madhu put it could have had all the love in the world but he just ruined it with his own sweet hands. He acknowledged his mistake and admitted his folly in a drunken state but he has to come to terms when he is sober as well and that is going to take some time with his giant ego coming in the way all the time. If it is anything, I think that the new entry will play a pivotal role in bringing them closer, atleast make RK realize what he could have had and what he had lost just because his ego wouldn't let him have it. Hope my post makes you feel better!

On a different note, per Shri, we should not be discussing media articles in this thread and has to be taken to the media articles and discusssion thread.

kt,

The head says new entry is needed, but the heart wants what the heart wants, and the heart wants Rishbala only!
