Hey MBians 🤗I am back with another OS. I know this is totally out of sync with the current track, but since I cant see Rishabala without each other, I thought of penning something different. I know its very clinched, but still Madhubala being a filmy show, I decided to go this way!

Rishabala OS- The War!

Part 2

I came searching for him and there he was, standing in hallway of the hospital, waiting for me. He looked pale and weak, but yet he was smiling and glowing. After so many days, had I seen him truly smile, not even when he had fulfilled his revenge on me. Even then there was a glint of sadness in his eyes. His smile reached his eyes and made them sparkle. He opened his big, warm and wide arms for me, as I rushed towards him. He engulfed me in the hug, crushing me if he had the power. It was like homecoming.

We stayed there, in complete silence, I rested my head against his chest, listening to our hearts beating in rhythm with each other. He could clearly hear my heart racing, my beats getting faster, all he did was crush me against his chest, tighten his grip around my waist, and stood still until, my heart was back to normal. I slowly raised my heart from his chest while we stood there, our eyes speaking. Speaking of thousand unsaid words, a thousand unsaid feelings and countless days of feeling of betrayal, I spoke first.

Madhu: "Why didn't you ever tell me RK that all you did was a lie? Why RK? Why?"

Rishabh: "I didn't want to put you through all the pain and anguish knowing it would only lead to heart ache. I had already humiliated you, fought and disrespected you. I knew that after falling in love with me, you would never be happy. I wanted you to move ahead, succeed in life. All I ever wanted was to see you happy, whether you were with me or without me. All I ever wanted was to love you. Just love you, cherish and honor you. If that was by lying, betraying you, so be it."

Madhu: "But couldn't you tell me, we both together would have faced this?"

Rishabh: "I wanted to, but I got my reports before Sasuma's wedding. You looked so happy, we both had confessed to each other, you made me realize that I was wrong in judging my mother, how could I snatch away all that happiness when I had in first place put you through so much."

She grabbed him by his shoulders,

Madhu: "So why make all those plans, testing my love and making me leave my house?"

Rishabh: "It was all a plan to make you believe that this was indeed revenge. Madhu that night, the life of the woman I loved depended on my ability to lie. It all depended on how well I acted. And I knew you read my eyes, hence I took you to a lonely, dark place, where you couldn't read my eyes. You believed in every single word I threw at you. I know I broke your trust and you're fled away with your respect. I am so sorry Madhu."

Madhu: "Why you seeking forgiveness. Do you think I am a fool to forgive you so easily?"

Rishabh: "Madhu, please, I am not seeking forgiveness, as I know that I have no right to even beg for forgiveness. Just remember one thing, go ahead, and marry Nikhil. He is the right person for you. He loves you, and will always love you. And have a family with him and grow old with him. Go Madhu. Because I cant give you a family. Go Madhu…" he said while pushing her towards Nikhil.

Madhu: "What do you mean?"

Rishabh: "All I mean is I can never be a father." He collapsed to the ground. It was painful to say that when he himself wanted Madhu and her love.

Madhu: "You can stay without your love RK, but I can't."

She ran towards him and helped him stand. She led him to the bed as he needed rest. He lay there, as she entwined their fingers,

Madhu: "I don't want a family if I can't have you in my life. Just because of this, I don't want children, if that is going to take away my Rishabh from me. I love you RK and always will love you."

As she said that, she gently kissed his forehead, with that she hugged him tight! He took her lips in a kiss and she responded with equal passion! It was as if destiny adored his two children content and happy in their lives.

Nikhil kept on looking fondly at the lovely couple. He left from their so both could be together. Only Madhu and Rishabh and their undying love.
