Dipali is talking abt chawl wali ladki when she herself is from a place like that or may be worse than that... Then she talks abt marrying for money.. LOL then why did she leave RK? ANd then coming to that chor gundewala part, her hubby whisked away her money and jewels right under her nose as she was ranting about Madhu... Then comes our beloved Mataji oops Radhaji, first she starts with her "two option" ques(Now I know where RK came up with his 2-option dialogue but his is thoda hatke) and then she talks about breaking her trust😲...I was like... are you even hearing your own words!!!!

This is one scene where i actually wanted to be in the frame so that I could seriously bajao each of them!!!!

@Zoya - Thanks for the like my friend! As far as Dipali's status prior to meeting RK or marrying Sikki was clearly not at a level where she is right now because she was taunting Madhu about her coming from the chawl and I remember RK giving her back saying that how can she forget where she came from whcih was nothing but a one bedroom/kitchen apartment or something on those lines. You are right! Seriously Radhaji lost her marbles today with that irritating tone, non stop crying and plain stupid questioning.

Yep, it would have been interesting if Bittuji played the same card as Dips and recorded her entire nautanki. One can only hope right 😆Also, did anyone else notice the plot clunkiness when the inspector calls Dipali to tell her that RK withdrew the case. What was the need for that? Is he a public servant or Dips' henchman?

Sourabh Tiwari already sacrified Madhubala's original character for the show's survival, now he started compromising RK's character. Where is this show going ? Tell me, Should Dips be the reason for Madhu to become a heroine ? May be they will show it in very interesting manner and may be I will buy it and enjoy it...but can Dips be that person ? Should she get that much significance ? Think Think...

I stuck to the show, because of RK/VD's performance. VD got the award too. Happy...But its kinda getting boring now without RK...its like watching House MD without House there. If you all remind me it is Madhu Bala EIEJ, then show me a Madhu Bala, whom I would love to watch. Honestly that character did not even get any TRPs. Not my fault. The producer. story writer need to do serious revamping for the lead female actor's role.

And poor Drashti, she having to give interviews...ya when I become heroine, then something will happen etc...That day when she was giving the interview to ABP, she told them nowadays, she's becoming picky with her shoots and wants her acts to be done when she is in flow. That tells us that finally her competitiveness is showing up. She is serious enough to shine with her role and performance. Then please can someone give her meaty lines ? You should have seen her perform in Geet in the initial story when she confronts her brother when he tries to kill her. She was as superb as VD in RK's role. DD knows how to act. Just give her credible story line. Please. Why sacrifice the actor's aspirations ? I really feel for her.

@ bold Exactly! What they promised to show in the beginning of the show and what they are showing now? Aren't we seeing the same politics in every other serial? Madhu Bala EIEJ mein Madhubala is missing ! Its time now CVs should pull up their socks.

Zoya, you are so funny 🤣 🤣 🤣!!! The whole time that I was watching that scene, you know what was going on in my head? I was thinking that holy Shit: Sikky has turned to a Sikandar in these past couple of days. It is fun to watch him act all tough, but the man can't stand a chance against that wife of his!!! This Depu is one malicious woman 😡.

As I said before, let's not get so happy with Radhaji's dislike towards her Choti Bahu. At no time she will start chanting "Madhu, Madhu" again .

Am taking off from this comment because that's exactly what I felt. Frustrated that a serial that promised to be different, gave us the the same old tripe yesterday. Even the camera angles while the whole family confronts madhu seemed familiar. There was a sense of deja vu throughout. Even if they have to have a family drama track because of TRPs, at least it can be done differently.

Madhubala - I agree with SD and disagree as well. Her actions to find out solid proof against her father is something I have no problem with. She worshipped this man, he was on such a pedestal that talking about his goodness brought tears to her eyes. Yes, he forbid her from opening his trunk but he had also lied to her at the hospital, his actions on the pooja day were abominable, i thought. Noone is doodh ka dhoola in this situation.

Yet, Madhubala the character comes alive only around RK, otherwise she's like a bull in a china shop. It is high time Madhubala started recognising RK for what he is - he is a Superstar, she has to learn to be aware of the repercussions of her actions on him, his life, she has to learn to look beneath the surface of his often brusque behaviour, she has done it before, she has the comprehension when she is in her calm state of mind. Her window of opportunity came that night when he tells her that junglee billi, gehleri dialogue, she did'nt take the hint. Maybe she feared that he would turn against her if he knew her father was behind the attacks, subconsciously at some level,she does'nt want that to happen ever. In fact when Dipali told her that RK would hate her because her father has tried to kill RK, she was more stunned at that than anything else.

In her defense, (see, I always end up defending her) she does'nt yet know about the third attack and that RK knew about Malik throughout. I hope to goodness that RK tells her today, because if he becomes so noble then why just God, even his fans will believe that it is not RK😊.

In fact, I am more surprised that Malik, who knows the entire truth about RK did not tell Madhu. Does'nt he owe it to her to tell her that her husband has in fact been protecting her all this while??
Let me state this more clearly:

Shamsher hated RK because he thought he had forced his daughter into marriage and was torturing her
His utter helplessness made him resort to try and kill RK to free Madhu from this marriage
Cut to pooja night, RK assures him he will not tell madhu about him,why!!...just to protect Madhu
Why would he want to protect madhu...because he cares for her well being...isn't that the logical conclusion that Shamsher should come to? This is something RK reiterates time and again, he does'nt want Madhu to suffer. His views about RK bring a monster are being proved wrong.
For Madhu, she is still confused about RK's reaction to the revelation. She knows RK has withdrawn the case for her sake, but she does'nt know what his reaction towards her is going to be...back to vindictiveness?? Taanas about her pujya Maalik?? She does'nt know what is the status quo between them in their private space, in their marriage.
Is it too much for Shamsher to understand his daughter's predicament and tell her, look your husband knows, somewhere i respect him for trying to protect you..I am sorry for what i did. As a father if his priority has always been her happiness, even if it means with his arch rival RK, he owes it to her after this whole revenge drama, I feel.
Padmini does this...she tried gently telling Madhu that he cares for you, that's why he dropped you off here. What is it for Shamsher now...his ego has been hurt because RK let him off?? His selfishness that he does'nt want his daughter to hate him even more??

The cost of MEIEJ is attributed to :

shooting at Ramoji Film city for Super Star RK entry scenes.
shooting at real locales of Mumbai to give real feel in the beginning ..like done in films (for ex: Madhu on streets. railway station etc in the beginning).
Grand sets (I guess the Chawl set, RK Mansion set and the Natraj Studio set).
Production Crew number increase

The story was told in epic style...with Motihari, Balraj background, then Mumbai, the Festive sequences in the beginning. Only since RK marriage post Seema Mishra introduction, they are stuck in RK mansion. The Ganapati Visarjan again must have had more than the normal cost outgo.

I have to add that despite all the justifications, I hate to see Madhubala cry so much. The CVs are really messing with her. Dipali is being given more character than Madhubala...what is happening?? That was another reason I was so pissed off yesterday. They have a fantastic actor in Drashti, they are not making full use of her talents at all.

It is Rishbala that works. If one of them falters, the other one can carry on for a while, not for long.

If I remember correctly it was RK who indirectly put Malik in a situation where he couldn't answer Madhu directly to her questions or to confess to her about his attacks on RK. When RK left Madhu at the chawl for 2 days he clearly told Malik not to break his wife's heart. We also saw RK tell Malik that he will not tell Madhu about his attacks and asked him to do the same.

Again, in today's episode while signing off the papers RK was saying that this is exactly what he wanted to avoid and before he leaves tells Malik that no one will talk about this any further neither from his side nor from Malik's. I thought that it was more like an order just like he did with the inspector when he said that it was a request and an order to close the case for good.

Also RK does not want any kind of sympathy from Madhu and that could also be the reason for him not wanting her to find out that he infact was concerned for her and did not want her to go through the trauma of finding out that her father is indeed the killer. Remember the time when Madhu was instigating him prior to Ganpati visarjan at the mansion and that's when he says that he does not need her sympathy based on what she had found out from his mother about how the loss of his father made him loose his faith in God.

@Radhaji: Am already dreading such a moment... That moment might come when she realizes that her son is directing sweet and soft looks towards Madhu, she will get back to square one(saying "mujhe maaf kardo beta" types lines) and Madhu like a fool will melt under this avatar of hers(with her cheesy lines "Aap mujhe beta bhi bolti hain and maafi bhi maangti hain" types)*Sigh
