I think Madhu will wear her wedding saree and will be looking happy this time as RK breaks her fast for her, with the gift I didn't know what he would give her, but now as she will be in her wedding lehenga it will remind him of their 4 phere marriage, possibly even dips will say that madhu should not have taken part in karva chauth so perhaps RK will think of them doing 7 phere marriage. It's a good gift.
