PART 2:-The change
Radha ji ,who is busy in assigning works to workers for the celebrations ,got surprised on seeing RK,who is climbing the steps to reach his room.
Deepali,who is looking at the other side,finding a way to escape from the works given by her Mummy ji,turned to look at her Mother-in-law,with Radha's words of "Rishu".
Deepali looked at the lost in thoughts RK,who is walking absent mindedly and she also got lost in thoughts.
She till now thought that Madhu got a nice scolding from RK for what she has done,but now seeing RK she now began sketching what might have happened at the studio.
She reasoned so many things but could not arrive at a conclusion of what might have happened .
RK opened the closed door of his room.He slowly walked inside,still thinking and questioning his today's behavior.
He slowly lifted his eyes and the first thing he saw(better to say seen to his eyes) is Madhu,who is sitting on the couch,preoccupied with thoughts.
She did not notice him.
'That something' is still going inside her.
He called out her name,"Madhu",absent mindedly but so sweetly and he then noticed that he called her Madhu,instead of Biwi.He thought why had he called her Madhu and then reasoned it to be due to his frustrated mind.
Madhu did not respond as she did not notice his call,not even his presence.
He called her again.This time ,being careful at his words-as "Biwi"
No, she is still like that.
Now,he raised his voice and called her"Biwi".
Yes, this time it worked.
She got startled and looked at the direction of the voice.
Looking at RK,she stood from couch.
He came near her and said in a low and normal voice,"What happened to you?I was calling you since I came and you did not respond.Shall I take appointment from an ear specialist?"
Madhu did not react.
She is still thinking about the incident .
She did not pay attention to RK's words.
Seeing him she is having the same scene in her mind-RK approaching heroine to kiss.
He-saying to her"You are my life,you are my love'
He- coming close to her to place his lips on hers.
RK waved his hand in front of her eyes and told-"What are you looking at ,Biwi?I was asking you something."He gave a pause.
She is still looking at him.
Still getting the flashes in her unpleasant mind.
She even did not notice that he is actually present there and talking to her.
She is absent mindedly looking at him because her mind is still present on the thoughts.
RK now said,"Are you using black magic on me? Or do you know something like burning into ashes with a look?"
She did not give a reply.
RK placed his hands on her shoulders.He is now very frustrated only because of his Biwi's gazing at him.
He shook her shouting,"What??"
Now she came to her senses.
She got startled and looked down.
Then slowly she raised her eyes to look at RK.
Again something went through her.
Something started again.
He questioned her by raising his eyebrows.
She quietly released his grip from his shoulders.
Turned her face away from him and walked away slowly from the room.
RK stood there quietly looking in the direction she left.
RK sat on the same couch where Madhu sat a while ago.He leaned backwards ,folded his hands and looked at the door.
His mind got again preoccupied with questions.
Not the questions,questioning his studio's incident.
But a new question which took birth just now.
"What's wrong with his biwi?"
He did not give her a new challenge/a new torture.
Did some one in this house misbehaved with her?
Did someone hurt her?
Or did something happen to her family members?
Is she fine?
Is she unhealthy?
Did she have a fever?
Oh no! a new storm of questions.
Radhaji is now very worried about RK and Madhu,
What happened?
Why did Madhu come so hurriedly and rushed to her room?
Why did RK come and did not even notice any one?
Why did he come to house on this day so early,which he did not do all these years?
She looked at RK's room.She noticed Madhu climbing down the stairs,very slowly and absent mindedly,just the way how RK climbed the stairs.
She rushed towards Madhu who now came to the hall.
She placed one hand on Madhu's cheeks and other on Madhu's shoulders.
Madhu did not look at her.
She is still in 'that' condition.
"Madhu,what happened?Why are you like that?Why is RK like that?Did you both again argue?"
Madhu spoke not looking at Radha,she is looking down and is thinking about the studio scene.She told,"No,ma,I'm fine.W-W-We did not argue" and left from there to arrange flowers(no need to say-absent mindedly).The way she said"We" is indicating that she is having some problem in combining RK and her to we,not out of shy but out of some unpleasant feeling.
Radha ji looked at her and prayed to God not to give any other arguments between the wife and husband.
In RK's room,
RK is more bothered about Madhu.
He did not know what to do.
Yes,he got an idea to make her talk with him and argue with him in her normal way--
that is to annoy her.
He remembered their past arguments where every time he did annoying things and made her angry and hence fights started.
This idea brought a smile on his face without his knowledge.
He immediately became more energetic and got out of the couch and went into the hall.
He noticed Madhu arranging flowers.
He is on his way to reach Madhu when Deepali came in his way.
He gave a stern look to her.
Noticing Radhaji is not around,Deepali talked to RK.
She said"Why are you going towards her?I'm here.I'm your first love and..."
While talking she tried to touch RK's hand.
He raised his hand up in the air and went away from her towards Madhu,without even giving chance to Deepali to complete her sentence.He did not care her as he always does.But every time due to his hatred for her.But today,he is on a mission which made him to not to give even a retort to Deepali.
But he did not even think-Why is he thinking about Madhu so much even without thinking about himself or his hatred to others?
Is he missing her so badly that he is intentionally going to make an argument with her-this time not to make her annoy but to only make her talk with him?
What is this?
