I believe Madhu will be loyal to him. Especially after today's (9/26) episode when she had heart to heart talk with her mother in law. She found out RK feels betrayed by his mother. and how he thinks everyone will leave him. Madhu is very compassionate person. She is understanding RK. She will never betray him.
