It is a long story dear. Madhu's mom was pragnant with Madhu but madhu's dad doesn't like daughters. A Pandit tells him that if he gets a girl so he will loose all his respect and fame etc therefore he tries to kill padmini. Padmini runs away with Trishna and somehow gets into a junior artist house where Roma and Shamsher live. There Madhu was born. Madhu's dad, Balraj, come to Mumbai to look for them and tries to kill them again. However, Shamsher saves them by making a fake death scene of them so Balraj thinks that they are dad and so he leaves. Now Padmini, Roma, Shamsher, 5yrs old Trishna, and Madhu baby are happy living.

THEN 20-21 YEARS LEAP!! TRISHNA AND MADHU ARE ADULTS NOW!!

Trishna's dream is to work with RK who is The super Star while Madhu is a Simple girl and she works in a parlor to support her family financially. Madhu meets Mukund and he likes her. He is a poor person and gets into accident. Someone's car pushes him. Madhu was there so she notes the car number and file a case against that car's owner who turns out to be RK.

Everyone tells her to take the case back as RK is a big person but she doesn't. She fights for justice and make RK suffer in jail for 4 days.

RK is a rich spoiled super star and he is egoistic and proud person. He gets humiliatiled by going to jail so he makes a wrong/fake affair of Madhu with him which makes Madhu engagement to be break with Mukund. RK also insults her family and says padmini stays in shamsher house when he is not her husband. Madhu leaves the job too. She is called as RK's laila and loses all her self-respect.

Shamsher gets angry at RK for what he does to his daughter so goes to RK and tries to hit him but RK's guards hit Shamsher to almost death. Now Madhubala's family is worry for Shamsher health meanwhile RK calls Madhu and tells her how he is so happy to finally take revenge from her by making her engangment break, losing her self-respect and job also her dad being in hospital. Madhu finally knows that it was RK who did this all so she goes to his film set and slaps him 4-5 times infront of everyone!!!

RK again gets insulted by this girl and the crew laughs at him but not infront of him. He has all the respect and fame in this industry but this girl always does this to her. While the doctor tells Madhu and.her family that they will need to give them 40 lacks to save Shamsher. They try to collect money but they can almost make only 4-5 lacks. RK comes to hospital and tells Madhu if he marries her which is a deal that she has to obey everything from him so he will give 40 lacks for her father's health.
Madhu loves her father a lot as he was the one who gives her, Trishana and her mom a shelter when they were running from her real father, Balraj, and he even tries to kill them but Shamser saves them for 20 Years. Shamer is like a God to Madhu so she agreed to Marry RK.

RK makes her a servant in his house and makes her a spot girl basically he hates her and is taking revenge. Shamsher's health.is again going bad so padmini calls Madhu to come and see him as he was saying Madhu's name. Madhu asks RK if she can go but he doesn't let.her she runs away to meet his Father . He comes after her and drag her from there and tells her how come she can go without his permission. She says didn't u see my father's health. He says he doesn't care etc. There she calls him so many things and calls him animal too.

From then you know what happens.

Sorry I tried to say my best but yeah thats what happened. You can read the written updates for each episode as well to get a better idea.
