As 8:30 it a very crucial time slot a lot of Drama are on at that time..

Reason 1: The competitor Dramas are going through there highest points now.. High point of the shows at the moment..Even Madhubala is going through a HIGH point now as MB n RK have met..

Reason 2: It takes time to build a fan base.. Most of the shows took time to create a fan base. Most shows started of high went slow and then BANG on factor! This will happen in Madhubala.. It will be BANG on factor.

Reason 3: Loyalty to other shows. There is a lot of Loyalty and people don't want to switch.

Reason 4: One competitor is ending soon.. so many people will prob tune back in to watch last episodes..

Reason 5: I believe.. our writers need to do a little bit of more research and visit the forums as well.. to take our suggestions..

-->So MB mods could you please make a suggestions topic for MB writers.. so all us fans can write there..

So don't worry.. Because when the HIGHEST points in MB start occuring.. Biggest twists and turns and when MB becomes an actress and when Balraj returns... Then we will see our trps fly..Patience is a virtue!!!

Agree...MB is still a baby compared to the other shows at 8:30 time slot and is still building it's fan base.

You know I remember reading an article that came out a few days before the show was aired...it was an astrological article...the astrologer had said that it'll take time for MB but it surely will be a successful project since it's a completely new concept...I don't remember where I read it so I can't give the link...and I don't know how many ppl are superstitious and believe in these things...I was never superstitious but I guess I'm starting to believe this now...Let's see how it goes for MB in the future.

Yes. This is a great idea. To have discussions in a constructive way and suggestions to be given to writers. Not necessarily CV's has to agree with what we have to say. But atleast we can share our views.

@blufantasy - It was in telly chakkar website. I remember reading that too.

This is one of the nicest posts I've read in a while in this forum.

I like your well thought-out reasoning. 8.30 pm is indeed a very competitive slot with one show at least ruling the roost.

The good news is that the new show in another channel beginning on July 16th is slotted for 8 pm and not at 8.30 as previously believed. So, that's one competition less.

If only our heartfelt views reached the PH and the cvs.

I agree that once Balraj comes back and the actual tension-filled relationship starts between the lead characters, things may be different...but only if it is backed by a strong script and story...it shouldn't become all sound and fury signifying nothing.

Nice post. Agree.

@ Pippa - Zee is shifting HD to our slot. So don't know how HD will do in this slot. But I think they will make some changes to the show also to fit in this slot. So it could be competition. But competition is good. it will make the quality of the shows better. Look at Behna. I'm sure that shows fans are now really happy to get great episodes. It happened after they get competition through MB. Otherwise it was dragged a lot, each and every issue was stretched so much before.
