I too fall in the category of "I'm-melting-into-mushy-pudddle" by the sheer beauty of Drashti Dhami. Honestly, even after staring my eyeballs out in those countless frames her pretty mukhda appeared on telly -my heart still gave a miles high leap at first sight of her new promo and that too with those yearning and intense eyes appealing to have her freedom -how was there any chance of my surviving after that?

Plus the show's presentation is edgy,different and yesterday my eternal feminism could not stand all that torture being inflicted -so yes I'd want to be appeased when they get justice.

Though like you I too am scared of "tragic twists" especially those of Madhubala's real-life story thats too heart-breaking,but to watch moi DD I'll surpass anything & everything.

PS-Always do I find my POVs finding a voice against my shyness of entering a new forum -in your first "opening" posts -I guess do owe a thanks😳😃

As for the show, oh intense and highly theatrical, on-the-lines-of-old-Hindi-cinema theatrical. So, before I decided I will watch the show, I made a mental note to put my brains at rest whilst watching, which when done lets you appreciate the other facets of the show. I won't whine at the larger-than-life attributes and lack of sensibility, I would appreciate the show for masterfully performed characters and the sets which look really nice.

DD is beautiful, by the way but her beauty couldn't convince to me watch Geet. Anyhow, I am sure she and VD are gonna be great in the show, the first episode was appealing, very long, but appealing.

And I am a cry baby too. Join the club. And eeh, the amount of buckets I can fill with my tears can rescue an entire draught-ridden Indian State. Bite me. 😳

Anyway, you made one hell of an introduction. This one's mine. 😳

Greetings fellow Kankshita! = ) I have a tendency to blabber on since I do not know how to summarize anything - so I just blurt out everything. Which can explain the awful lengthiness of the post.

Hmm like a boss you say? No not really. I have been told I write in a humorous fashion but a boss? I think your the VERY first 🤣. I feel all King shit now ;) Thank you !

The moment I commence watching a show, especially an Indian or Korean/Taiwanese/Japanese one than I strictly lock my brains in a cage and torment them as they watch me slowly get addicted to a drama that makes no logical sense! 🤣 But sometimes a show without logic can somehow induce some serious butterflies to roam in your stomach when you observe how an innocent frail material in the form of a dupatta can successfully seduce a rich cold-spirited bas***d of a hero!

If I were to ever somehow encourage you to watch Geet - it would be to ensure that you strictly watch the first 6-8 months of it before it was ruined. Ah I loved that show. But nevertheless, I've pinned some high hopes with this show so I expect nothing but the best from DD.

LOL! If your tears can erase a drought then consider mine useful for contributing in the increase and expansion of the Nile River. 😆
